A great stay which is very good value
Pros:

Serendib villa is a nice property which is very clean and has everything you need for the price point. It is a good location in the sense that it is very close to Hiriketiya bay and nice shops/restaurants.

Cons:

Unfortunately Clear Point (a local bar) is very loud and had an event on every night we stayed (Friday - Monday) until the early hours which if you are not participating in the night life / are a light sleeper means it’s difficult to sleep. This is not the property’s fault so we’re sorry to be leaving this review but we thought it best to be honest to ensure the right people stay here!

A decent place to stay in good location, but slightly over priced & noisy.
Pros:

It’s amazing location to the beach and some good restaurants. It feels safe away from the main road and is very well located. The room was spacious, comfortable and nice in many ways. The staff were polite and made me feel very welcome.

Cons:

For the price, I didn’t love the fact they provided no basics like body soap in the bathroom for the shower and my room wasn’t cleaned once, (I never asked, but was never offered).

Also, it can be super noisy from the surrounding bars. This isn’t the hotels fault, but it’s something to consider.

Prima verblijf op een goede locatie vlakbij het strand.
Pros:

De ligging van de villa, goed bed en fijn terras. Het wordt beheerd door twee jongemannen die vriendelijk en behulpzaam zijn.

Great stay
Pros:

Very comfortable, large, and clean room. I had a really stellar 3-day stay. Location is more than ideal. Right next to the nicest part of the beach and the best food in town. Staff was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful. It's a bit more expensive than some of the other rooms in town but I would say worth it. Very peaceful, stay. Cozy sheets, strong/cool AC, a powerful ceiling fan and each room has it's own Wifi network. Property manager is on-site and available 24/7 and happy to help.

Cons:

Water pressure could be a bit stronger in the shower but still a very nice bathroom experience with 24/7 instant hot water. Good ventilation and no bugs! That's a first for me in Sri Lanka.
I saw another comment speak to the noise in the area... While there is a bar and louder restaurant nearby, the villa is tucked off of the main road. In my experience, the noise from the street barely audible in the room. So you get prime location with minimal noise.

Best stay in Hiri, no doubts !
Pros:

Great stay! Spotlessly clean, super proper and big room. Everything was brand new and comfortable. The location is THE best in Hiriketya. Walking distance from everything. The staff is also the nicest and are there to help you

Struttura come in foto, camera pulita, ampia, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Hiriketiya. Davvero comodo uscire senza zaini o borse per andare a surfare
