Nice hotel with all facilities

Cons:

The staff were not friendly at all & were a little rude, maybe they didn’t speak English. Didn’t feel very welcome at the hotel. This is a little far from the actual ski area & is difficult to get to the slopes in the night without your own transport.

Worth every penny spent
Pros:

Cozy place with amazing views, the balcony and the outdoor places were really peaceful. The staff were super nice and friendly, they helped us check in way before the check in time and didnt charge for it , they guided us the basics if the place and how to enjoy it. The most important part of the hotel for us Asians was the attached bidet or shattafa in the bathroom which was crucial. The nearest ski lift is about 10 min of walk and it also has a church nearby that looked great. No complaints at all. Thank you for the comforting stay , hope to come again soon.

Pros:

Чистый уютный отель, неплохие завтраки, хорошее месторасположение, на машине до подъемника 5 минут. Пошли на встречу и разрешили чуть позже выселиться, чем положено.

Cons:

Не чистят от снега территорию около отеля. Машину на парковке около отеля пришлось раскапывать двумя лопатами час.

Неплохой номер, в этой категории отеля даже отличный. Удобные кровати, неплохие завтраки (но достаточно однообразные), вода без перебоев горячая есть, можно регулировать температуру в номере

Слышимость в номерах — слышно все, что происходит в коридоре. Очень долгий лифт. Двухспальная кровать — это объединенные односпальные

В номере очень тепло, хороший ремонт
Если ходить в ресторан и заказывать еду , то можно вкусно поесть (завтраки на 3/10)

Cons:

За период отдыха не убирали в номере, хоть и вешалась табличка, полотенца ни разу не поменяли!
На ресепшене не очень радостно встречают, хотя в ресторане сотрудники очень вежливые!
Завтраки несытные, всегда мало еды было, выбрать толком не из чего.

В общем все неплохо, персонал вежливый, завтрак разнообразный, вид из окна на горы красивый, до подьемников минут 7 пешком.

В букинге я указала одну 2 местную кровать и мою просьбу одобрил отель, в итоге нас заселили на 2 соединенные между собой кровати( В комнате до ночи было очень холодно, хотя нас убедили, что номер нагреется, не нагрелся. Была дополнительный конвертер тепла, но пульта не было, обращались на ресепшен, чтобы включили, после стало тепло) Уборка, в основном мы вешали табличку не беспокоить, но в один из дней сделали все как прописано в правилах, чтобы наш номер убрали, поменяли постельное и полотенца, по возвращению в номер у нас только вынесли мусор 😁 почему? Не понятно, мы обратились на ресепшен, все предложили поменять, но нам уже было это не удобно, взяли только полотенца. Слышимость между номерами идеальная.

Poměr cena x kvalita na Gudauri uspokojivá.

Cons:

Pokoj byl uklizený jen na oko, ušmudlaná podlaha i dveře, které nikdo už asi dlouho neotřel.
Snídaně odpovídají ceně, avšak bufet se nedoplňuje. Doporučuji chodit hned na 8:30 pokud chcete mít alespoň nějaký výběr.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле не впервые, и каждый раз он оставляет только самые приятные впечатления. Видно, что команда постоянно совершенствует сервис, создавая максимальный комфорт для гостей.
В отеле удобный и продуманный Ski-Depo позволяет легко хранить и сушить снаряжение, а комфортный трансфер до канатной дороги превращает дорогу на склон в приятную прогулку. Всё продумано до мелочей!
Шикарная еда которая заслуживает отдельной похвалы – настоящая гастрономическая радость! Завтраки сытные и разнообразные, а ужины это невероятное приключение по Грузинско-Европейской кухне. Каждое блюдо приготовлено с душой и высоким мастерством. Отдельное спасибо ребятам за цезарь с креветками!Так же после насыщенного дня на склоне у них есть спа-центр поблизости – это то, что нужно. Просторные зоны отдыха, бассейны и процедуры позволяют расслабиться и восстановить силы.
Номера очень уютные и стильные, с потрясающим видом на горы. Всё чисто, удобно и продумано до мелочей.

Каждый визит сюда – это праздник! Спасибо персоналу за теплый прием, внимание к деталям и постоянное стремление сделать отдых незабываемым. С удовольствием порекомендую это место друзьям!
