Best place if one is looking for reasonable accommodation with good facilities & staff, right in heart of Panchgani market, so completely safe to stay in case one is travelling alone.

Cons:

Some rooms don't have even a small window for ventilation, others which do, there was lot of noise from somewhere outside.

Location is good. Food is good. Neat and Clean.

Cons:

Both the managers at the reception and dining were rude. Not even ready to listen customer issue. Refused credit card payment. Even after UPI pay reluctant to give Bill. When I mentioned Bill is a customer's right, he was counting 20 yrs his hotel industry experience. Very basic things were made issues.

located near Market so don't have to search for any thing all are available near by, apart from this nothing is to like from this property
