We loved our stay at Panoramic Homestay. Sen and Tien the managers went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after. Little extras that we weren't expecting just kept appearing.
The bungalow was clean and had the most amazing views.
They recommended and drove us to some great sights. The view from our balcony was breathtaking.
We were very sad to leave as we were made to feel so welcome.
The walk up from the valley is quite steep but we did it a couple of times a day. Cars and bikes are available for those that would prefer.
On my 1 month trip in Laos and Vietnam. In this price range Panoramic was the best. Super beautiful bungalow. View from the balcony is just a dream.
Las vistas son increíbles y la habitación es soñada, la cama es muy cómoda y tiene su propio baño privado con ducha y agua caliente.
Destaco la amabilidad de la anfitriona, siempre nos hizo sentir bienvenidos y agasajados. Además, cocina muy bien, somos vegetarianos y no tuvo problema en prepararnos platos deliciosos. El desayuno, que estaba incluido, era muy completo.
También nos ayudó a contratar el bus a Ninh Bihn a buen precio, el cual nos pasó a buscar en la puerta, y fue flexible con el horario del check out.
Fue una experiencia excelente, volvería a hospedarme aquí sin dudarlo.
Todo fue perfecto.

Cozy homestay run by a super lovely and kind family! The room is as pictured - spacious, comfortable, with attached private bathroom and balcony with a great view. I stayed for two nights and had a wonderful time.
The location is on the main road, which is convenient for car drop-offs/pick-ups. However it means it's a short walk into the village - not a dealbreaker by any means!
This is one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed at. The room was great (spotless & comfortable) & the views fantastic . The staff were friendly , helpful & the food was excellent . The Breakfast was fantastic & included in price . Any additional meals or drinks in hotel restaurant were inexpensive & very good . The area its self was also breath taking , its a great place to walk & relax with everything you need . I will go back & spend much longer here when I can. In the end I left due to weather - its high up & the rain moved in - but that cant be helped. The hotel, staff & area were superb - absolutely loved it !

Después de llegar de una excursión por la tarde decidimos tirar un poco de insecticida para ahuyentar a los mosquitos que pudieran haber en la habitación, ya que al estar en medio de la montaña es normal que pudieran entrar y pudiera haber algún insecto. A los pocos minutos de esto encontramos dos cucarachas, a lo que no le dimos mucha más importancia y las matamos con insecticida. Nuestra sorpresa vino cuando nos empezaron a caer cucarachas del techo, encima nuestro, se metieron en las maletas y se llenó la habitación. Detectamos al menos unas 10-12. Sucedido esto fuimos a recepción a avisar y nos dijeron en primera instancia que era normal, incluso riendo. Al volver a la habitación había aún más y decidimos que no podíamos pasar la noche allí. Le dijimos al propietario que nos queríamos marchar, y le enseñamos otros hoteles cercanos para que llamara y nos dijo sin llamar que estaban ocupados. Finalmente nos ofreció alojarnos una noche en una habitación de un alojamiento de un amigo suyo. Finalmente accedimos debido a que no teníamos otra opción. En esa habitación también aparecieron cucarachas y no pudimos dormir. Lo único positivo fue que ese amigo nos consiguió gestionar un taxi para marcharnos inmediatamente al día siguiente, aunque teníamos previsto estar otra noche más allí. La sorpresa vino cuando nos cobraron esa noche de hotel en un establecimiento que no habíamos elegido y en el cual era imposible dormir, debido a que el colchón era duro como una tabla y encima también encontramos cucarachas.

Stunning view from room with a great balcony to enjoy it from. Bus stop is 150 metres from the homestay and owners can organise onwards travel requirements. I did a 22km full day hike and a half day motorcycle tour. Both were fantastic, very affordable with great scenery and experiences. The owners can organise for you. Mother and son run the homestay, the son speaks some English and use translate to talk with the mum. The pool is amazing after a day out exploring.

La vue magnifique depuis notre balcon, la décoration sobre mais avec le charme local, la gentillesse des hôtes.
Bravo au jeune homme qui parle très bien anglais et qui a été fort gentil avec nous . Merci pour les sourires, les petites attentions et l'accueil que vous nous avez réservées!
La piscine qui se trouve dans l'hôtel d'à côté était trouble, du coup nous n'y sommes pas allées.
Les sanitaires étaient propres mais le matin, il y avait une odeur nauséabonde.
Il n'y a pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel comme c'est indiqué dans le descriptif , cependant la jeune femme a bien voulu nous faire du riz frit !

Great location, clean room and walking distance to good restaurants. Amazing views from the balcony! The host doesn’t speak English, but we communicated though translations apps fine :)
Lovely lady and her family live on the side of the property.
The WiFi connection was very poor in our room and the electricity can be unstable sometimes.

Нет кондиционера, блок, что висит на стене, не охлаждает, а просто дует как вентилятор. Его нет и в перечне, справедливости ради, но увидев на фото блок кондиционера на стене, как то не пришло в голову сомневаться, что он есть.
Запах из туалета и немного паутины по углам, но это можно отнести к деревенскому стилю.
Muy bien las habitaciones y las vistas, no hablan apenas inglés pero han sido muy agradables.

A a pesar de haber aparatos de aire acondicionado no funcionan correctamente, actuan solamente como ventilador.
Como las ventanas del baño no tienen cristal por las noches entraba algún insecto al encender la luz.
We enjoyed just sitting on the Deck watching the clouds & mist form and move through the Valley, the beautiful thunderstorms & pattering of the Rain & the Rice Terraces. So calm and Peaceful
Would have loved some soft cushions on the deck loungers ( we are Westerners and have soft bottoms)
The peaceful ambience and amazing mountain views. But really, there's nothing not to like.
Nothing to do with the homestay. I'd arrived here an hour before, but realised the closest ATM was 13km away, so I had to go back to collect cash. A minor inconvenience for an amazing 2 nights (I booked an extra to do work on the balcony).
