Pros:

Frontalny widok na morze i położenie przy plaży

Cons:

Sprzątanie na poziomie tragicznym , jedynie wymiana ręczników. Podczas pobytu panowała epidemia wirusa żołądkowego. Byliśmy z dziećmi 3 i 9 lat więc kupiliśmy kuchenkę i warzywa żeby samemu zrobić im jedzenie. Sprzątaczka robiła zdjęcia naszych rzeczy po czym zabrała nam z pokoju wszystkie warzywa i kuchenkę . Po rozmowie z menadżerem i zagrożeniem wezwania policji zwrócili nam nasze rzeczy .

Pros:

La proximité de l’aéroport, le parking de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Le prix bien trop élevé pour la qualité. Ils coupent l’électricité dans la nuit (petite lumière pour les enfants et climatisation s’arrêtent) ils font payés en plus les serviettes pour la piscine et la plage. Salle de bain minuscule.

Voltunk már ettől sokkal felszereltebb hotelben, ami nem 4 csillagos volt.
Pros:

Nagyon jó helyen van a szálloda, közvetlenül a parton, saját stranddal. A napágy és a napernyő benne volt a szállás árában. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és barátságos volt.

Cons:

A reggeli minden nap ugyanaz volt, lehetett vona kicsit válatozatosabb is. A szobában nem volt csak a plafonon egy központi lámpa. A TV nagyon kis méretű volt, távol az ágytól. Nem volt szúnyogháló az ablakon/ajtón, a rengeteg szúnyog ellenére, és nem volt bekészítve szúnyogrisztó sem. A fürdőszobában nem volt polc sem, ahová ki lehetett volna tenni a tisztálkodási kellékeket.

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach wunderschön. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön, gemütlich und komfortabel, mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer und den Pool. Auch die Preise waren meiner Meinung nach recht angemessen.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an den Verantwortlichen des gesamten Teams. Alle waren unglaublich positiv, freundlich und herzlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und mich sehr gefreut, sie kennenzulernen. Ihr wart wirklich großartig und der Service war hervorragend – einfach erstklassig!

Auch dem Frühstücksteam möchte ich von Herzen danken, ganz besonders Claudio. Du bist wunderbar! Ich wünsche dir für die Zukunft nur das Beste und eine großartige Zukunft. Ihr wart alle wirklich fantastisch und alles war einfach perfekt.

Auch die Mädels an der Rezeption waren unglaublich lieb und freundlich. So einen herzlichen und aufmerksamen Service habe ich in einem Hotel bisher noch nie erlebt. Dafür gibt es von mir 10.000/10! ❤️

Ich hoffe sehr, in den kommenden Jahren wiederzukommen und all die wunderbaren Menschen wiederzusehen. Es ist mir wirklich schwergefallen, das Hotel zu verlassen, aber alles hat seine Zeit.

Ich wünsche euch allen von Herzen eine wunderschöne Zukunft und weiterhin ganz viel Erfolg und Freude!

Pros:

Jeg havde læst mange forskellige anmeldelser om hotellet. Så var egentlig ret spændt på, hvad vi kunne forvente.
Vi havde en juniorsuite med to soveværelser med udsigt til havet. Værelserne havde det vi havde bruge for. Så ikke noget at sætte en finger på. Morgenmaden havde et fint udvalg, så alle kunne få noget, de kunne lide. Personalet til morgenmaden var helt i top. Seriøst de venligste mennesker jeg har mødt på en ferie.
Hotellet ligger helt ned til stranden. Selvom vi var der i uge 30 var det nemt at finde strandstole.
Der var gratis adgang til poolen. Den brugte vi dog ikke, men den så pæn og ren ud.
Hotellet ligger i udkanten af en lang strandpromenade med mange hoteller og spisesteder. Så roligt, men samtidig en dejlig aktivitet.

Pros:

The view from our room over the beach and ocean was beautiful. We had breakfast included, which was really interesting and had lots of choice.

Cons:

Things that could be done better from a customer service perspective
1. Remove the need to pay a daily hire fee for pool towels.
2. You can't drink water from the tap and the hotel does not supply bottled water to the rooms. That is and additional fee per bottle which is an odd way to treat customers.
3. Tea and coffee facilities are not available in the room, again most hotels supply these as part of the room rate.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel se trouve au bord de la plage, il n'y a qu'à traverser l'avenue piétonne de bord de mer. Les transats et parasols sont inclus, il suffit de présenter une carte de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. Nous avions également une place de parking pour garer notre voiture de location heureusement pas trop grande car c'est la guerre des places! Il y a de la voiture partout !

Cons:

J'ai trouvé la chambre un peu vieillote, certes nous y passions une seule nuit et c'était bien.
Ça manque de prises, je ne comprends d'ailleurs pas pourquoi il y a une prise à 2m de haut sur un mur. Il aurait été judicieux d'en mettre une près du bureau.
La clim met un peu de temps à fonctionner mais elle fonctionne très bien. La salle de bains manque de tablettes pour poser ses trousses de toilette et autres.
En pleine nuit nous avons été réveillés par une horde de chiens sur la plage, ça a duré un moment. Étonnant que personne n'ait pu les faire taire plus tôt.
Un peu déçu par les plages de Durrès, l'eau y est très chaude car peu de fond, ça ne vaut pas les plages de galets de la riviera plus au sud. Mais c'est bien pour une halte.

A localização é muito boa ,
Porém o hotel em si é antigo , e tinha um
Mau cheiro insuportável principalmente no quarto .
Ficamos no quarto andar .
O mau cheiro era nauseante.
Ainda bem que só ficamos por 1 noite .
