Das Haus sieht von der Straßenseite sehr schön aus. Zentrale Lage in Oberaudorf.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft hat durch den Self Check in eine merkwürdige ungemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist direkt an der Straße und tagsüber relativ laut. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und wirkt fast schon ein bisschen lieblos. Wir haben uns hier leider nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt. Der Übernachtungspreis ist zu hoch für das, was geboten wird.

Gut geeignet für kürzere Aufenthalte.
Pros:

Lage direkt im Zentrum von Oberaudorf. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Genervtes und überlastetes Reinigungspersonal. Reinigung des Zimmers zu spät am Tag. Zu bestimmten Zeiten Parkplatzmangel, da die Kinder der angrenzenden Schule abgeholt werden.

Cons:

We stayed for one night and were disappointed to find upon arrival that the bathroom sink tap was damaged, missing a part. As a result, only hot water could be used and we were unable to properly wash our hands or brush our teeth at the sink.

We contacted the owner, who was surprised by the issue and said he would come look into it. Assuming the apartment had been cleaned and checked after the previous guest, it was surprising that the missing part had not been noticed before our arrival.

We understand that some issues cannot be repaired immediately, but we were disappointed that no gesture or compensation was offered for this inconvenience.

In similar situations at other accommodations, we have experienced owners offering a small gesture, such as a €15 voucher for breakfast at a nearby bakery or a €20 reduction of the booking price. Given the major inconvenience, this would have been respectful and appropriate.

Otherwise the apartment was decent and suitable for a short stay.

Ideal für die Durchreise
Pros:

Der Check in ist super. Es handelt sich um Self Check in. Er ist einfach und unkompliziert. Große, geräumige und schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Wir hatten zusätzlich einen großen Balkon. Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätte noch etwas sauberer dein können. das Seebacher Haus liegt schön zentral. In der Nähe sind alle möglichen Geschäfte. Ansonsten eine gute Möglichkeit, in Autobahnnähe auf der Durchreise zu übernachten.
