Pros:

Excellent spacious rooms. Armchair on the balcony. Hotel in an old building with beautiful staircases. Green area near the hotel with new sun loungers and a swimming pool. Convenient parking in the yard. Near the hotel there is a bus stop for the ME1 (see the schedule on the website https://www.suedtirolmobil.info/lad/mi-viac/orares), which will take you to the thermal baths in the city center and to the train station.
The same bus goes up to the Merano2000 lift.
You can also go down to the river and walk 20 minutes.

Cons:

There was no refrigerator in the room. The green area, if you go deeper, is somewhat abandoned: broken swings, etc.

Struttura a 20 minuti dal centro di Merano con tanti sentieri nelle vicinanze tra cui il famoso sentiero di Sissi.
Pros:

Ottima cena con prodotti tipici ben cucinati e ben presentati. Anche il buffet della colazione ben composto sia per il salato che per il dolce.

Cons:

Manca il bidet nel servizio igienico, ma oramai è diventata una cosa ordinaria nelle strutture ricettive!

Pros:

Posizione ottima e colazione con tutto il necessario. Lo staff è molto disponibile. Mia moglie è intollerante al lattosio ed hanno fatto di tutto per assecondare le sue esigenze.

Cons:

La struttura è un po' datata, buia con un forte sentore di fumo passivo ed a mia opinione avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovamento. La mezza pensione, seppur abbondante e di casa non è di qualità eccelsa.
