Le personnel très attentionné, le gérant de l’hôtel parle français et a mis à notre disposition tous les sites et lieux touristiques à visiter, comment s’y rendre, où trouver les moyens de transport, les horaires et les prix ce qui a facilité nos déplacements et nous a permis de visiter les lieux qui n'étaient pas dans notre programme et cela à un temps record merci

J’ai apprécié la facilité à accéder aux chambres, l'emplacement de l’hôtel juste devant la gare routière, le commissariat de police, la navette de l’aéroport juste en face de l'établissement, les restaurants tout au tour de l’hôtel, la tranquillité le petit déjeuner au top avc des produits frais c’est très rare de nos jours merci

Pros:

房間舒適，位置就在大巴客運和火車站附近

Cons:

房間燈光太暗，走廊燈光也沒亮，早餐更不行，讓人一點都沒有食慾

Pros:

Un hotel excepțional, situat chiar langa autogara si foarte aproape de gara. Posibilitatea parcarii autoturismului in parcarea privata din spatele hotelului sau in fata hotelului. Foarte usor de ajuns si aproape de magazinel. Curățenia și mâncarea au fost remarcabile. Personalul hotelului foarte politicos si foarte serviabil.

房間舒服到差點不想去棉堡了
Pros:

房間乾淨舒適且寬敞、完全沒有異味、冷氣運作良好、三人房的空間分配很棒（每張床旁邊都有空間打開行李箱）、櫃檯人員是位紳士，耐心的介紹周邊環境及交通工具、彷彿來到什麼高級飯店，但費用卻很合理，非常滿意，也非常感謝。

Instalações são ótimas, muito confortável e acessível, super perto da estação de ônibus, de onde pode-se pegar o mini bus para Pamukkale, também fica perto da estação de trem.

快適でした！
Pros:

バスターミナルや鉄道駅に近かった。パムッカレ、ヒエラポリスに行くためのバス停は徒歩5分もかからない。セルチュクに移動したが鉄道駅も徒歩10分程だった。
早朝の気球の帰りで靴底に泥がついているのに気付かず朝食会場の床を汚してしまったが伝えると嫌な顔ひとつせず床を拭いてくれた。
日本のビジネスホテルのような感じで落ち着いて宿泊できた。
