Eher Air B&B als Hotel

Ich schreibe mit gemischten Gefühlen. Das Personal top, sehr herzlich. Das Hotel empfand ich nicht als Hotel sondern eher als Air B&B. Sauber und zweckmässig. Das Frühstück war enttäuschend, ein Brötchen, Kaffee, Konfiture, ein Gipfel & ein kl. Saft. Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nachvollziehen. In der Region gibt es Hotels mit 4* die weniger kosten.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung. Zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Frühstück zu wenig, keine Auswahl, kein Käse, kein Fleisch, keine Eierspeisen.

Wifi no funciona en absoluto, aunque te dicen que sí, luego que es que tiene que ir un técnico a mirarlo... Vaya, no tienen . La nevera existe pero no funciona tampoco. Aunque pone en el anuncio que hablan varios idiomas sólo italiano pero lo peor es que al llegar estaba cerrado y la única forma de comunicarte con ellos es en su teléfono que, en mi caso, me va a costar son tarjeta del país, bastante la gracia, porque no contestaban de otra manera.

Indimenticabile soggiorno, tutto positivo !
Pros:

Posizione ottima a 2 Min a piedi di piazza Roma....Camera pulitissima e molto carina , comodissima non manca veramente nulla.... Dovendo ripartire l'indomani mattina prestissimo e non potendo usufruire del servizio colazione ,la signora ci ha fatto trovare succhi e merendine .... È stata davvero gentilissima....Consigli vivamente questa struttura !

Cons:

La proprietaria non si è presentate alle 07:30 per la colazione come concordato, così ho dovuto fare colazione fuori. Non si tratta evidentemente di un hotel, come riportato erroneamente nella dicitura, ma di un bed and breakfast, dal momento che nè la sala colazioni nè la portineria sono costantemente presidiate come dovrebbe essere in un hotel.

Gianluca è veramente una persona gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati accolti benissimo e sin dall'arrivo ci hanno seguiti con grande gentilezza. La stanza non è molto grande ma pulita e confortevole.
