Pros:

Das Hotel liegt absolut ruhig in Algund mit fantastischem Ausblick von den Balkonen und doch gut mit dem Bus angebunden nach Meran. Besonders erwähnenswert, da sehr gut, war das tägliche Abendmenü, was man unbedingt mitbuchen sollte. Ganz besonders war der sehr aufmerksame Service durch die Söhne des Hotels, die auch immer für Rückfragen oder Wandertipps zur Verfügung standen. Die Zimmer waren blitzblank sauber und die Betten Klasse. Wie waren vollauf zufrieden und würden es jedem empfehlen, der in Südtirol Urlaub machen möchte.

Major Disappointment
Pros:

The place is clean, modern and well kept. Its very pretty. The staff is nice.

Cons:

They do not have air conditioning as advertised. Our room was unbearably hot, we had to purchase fans and set them up around the room. Our room had a beautiful view but we couldn't stand to be in the room because it was so hot. We barely slept at night. The staff explained how ti use the HVAC system and we followed instructions, it turns out its only heating and ventilation, no cooling. I might consider staying in the winter, but not in the summer.

Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und die Lage fantastisch 😊

Cons:

Alles war hervorragend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!
