Really nice hotel at reasonable price.
Pros:

The location on the lake with a quiet beach. The bar and restaurant seating was relaxing. The dinner was great!
The staff were nice overall, but the customer service from Avi was first class. The best we had in Albania.

Cons:

There were some works happening a bit loud and dusty but fair, they are doing improvements.

An amazing stay, with beautiful view and thoughtful staff.
Pros:

It was amazing, the view was breathtaking. The people at Labiatan were so nice and thoughtful. We had a very comfortable toom and stay and we would definitely come back again!

Pros:

L’hôtel nous a servi de base pendant trois jours, pour explorer les environs. C’est un très bel endroit pour ralentir, observer des oiseaux, profiter du lac depuis la plage ou en apprécier la vue depuis la terrasse ou le restaurant. Les chambres sont confortables, et pour certaines possèdent même une terrasse avec une vue sur le lac. Le personnel est également très accueillant! Nous recommandons !

Très belle vue sur le lac, endroit reposant avec un personnel aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un très bon moment hors du temps.

Pros:

Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e ci ha dato dei consigli in merito al parcheggio e alla visita di Scutari. La vista era veramente molto bella sul lago

Cons:

La struttura ha un buon potenziale ma andrebbe tenuta meglio, c'erano ragnatele sulle scale ed il bagno in camera non sembrava essere stato pulito. Carina la spiaggetta con le sdraio, ma era il tutto un po' rovinato dal tempo.

Pros:

Das Personal und der Eigentümer/Manager sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Aussicht war sehr schön, die Lage ausserhalb der Stadt, Essen sehr gut, Frühstück landestypisch und reichlich

Cons:

Die Decke in der Dusche unseres Zimmers war sehr verschimmelt, dies sollte dringend erledigt werden.
Der Ventilator im Bad ist sehr laut und die häufigen Stromausfälle sollten ebenfalls behoben werden

Pros:

Tesisin konumu şahane , otel sahibi iletişime açık.

Cons:

Otel plaj kenari olarak gözükse de tesis insanlar yuzebilsin diye herhangi bir alan oluşturmamis, yuzulebilir bir alan yok . Otel etrafinda fazla ari var. Bu disarida vakit gecirmenizi çok engelliyor. Kahvalti yetersiz.

Kupaona-osjetio se smrad iz cijevi.
Čistoča nije bila na razini.
Soba-namještaj ostećen.
U 4 dana nitko nije ušao u sobu i iznio smeće.
Promijenio ručnike...
Na terasi ležaljke u raspadnom stanju.
Po meni teško razočarenje.

Pros:

Konumu, temizliği, çalışanları her şeyi mükemmeldi… Otelin genel müdürü; kızımıza elleriyle kahvaltı servisi yaptı, kahvaltısı çok başarılıydı… Tam bir inziva yeri, Balkanlar gezimizin yorgunluğunu İşkodra Gölü’nü izleyerek attık… 2 gün kaldık ve otelde yemeklerimizi yedik aklımız yiyemediklerimiz de kaldı mutfağı çok başarılıydı… Gönülden tavsiye ediyorum…
