המלון מדהים, העובדים מדהימים; מתחיל מהמנהל בשם אזר, קשוב ומקסים ושרותי, בקבלה ניז'ד כנ"ל, במטבח תפגשו ניז'ד אחר שהוא אגדה, כל בקשה וכל פניה תענה בצורה מקסימלית, כדי שתיהו מרוצים, לא יעזוב עד שלא ימלא כל בקשתכם, כך גם במטבח בארוחת בוקר, אין דבר שלא תקבלו, והכל ביחס אישי ומשפחתי. האוכל טעים ומתוזמן לפי בקשה אישית. אם הבית בעיין פקוחה תענה לכל בקשה בלבביות, הרגשתי בנוח כמו בבית. הכל נקי ומתוקתק, המיקום אומנם לא במרכז תיירותי, אך מלא מסעדות וחנויות כך שלא יחסר לכם כלום, ולהגיע למרכז התיירותי, ניתן להזמין בולט באפליקציה תמורת כ 4 מאנט, אגב לכל מקום בעיר, זה הסכום כמעט.
ממליץ בחום על המקום !!

It was such a nice place, I had great time with it. The workers were so nice and they were very friendly.

Cons:

I loved it but maybe they can add more optional features such as some snacks etc.

Un hôtel très confortable et impeccablement propre. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous dès le premier jour. Le personnel de la réception est exceptionnellement gentil, toujours souriant et prêt à aider pour tout. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et très varié. Une expérience parfaite, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Завтраки очень вкусные и готовят под вас. Каждый день убирали , через день меняли постельное. Быстро решали все вопросы . Очень уютный и милый отель. Важный плюс что можно вызвать такси , потому что в старом городе далеко не везде можно вызвать такси

Die Lage ist hervorragend.
Es handelt sich um ein kleines, feines Hotel mit außerordentlich nettem, zuvorkommendem und sehr freundlichem Personal.
Das Team ist rund um die Uhr vor Ort, jederzeit ansprechbar und stets hilfsbereit.
Egal ob es um das Essen geht, das sichere Lagern von persönlichen Sachen oder um weitere Fragen und Anliegen –
man wird immer aufmerksam, respektvoll und mit einem Lächeln unterstützt.
Man fühlt sich willkommen, gut aufgehoben und bestens betreut.
Ein Hotel, das man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann.
Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Die Betten sind bequem.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen, kurzen Aufenthalt braucht.
Die Gäste sind überwiegend Familien, aber auch Geschäftsreisende.
So überzeugt, habe ich direkt einen weiteren Aufenthalt gebucht – diesmal mit meiner Familie.
Das spricht wohl für sich :)

Wenn dann, kein Aufzug. Aber, bei einem kleinem hotel, aufzug zu erwarten wäre vllt zu viel des guten...
