L’emplacement et la vue sont formidables. Le personnel était gentil et réactif.
Literie confortable et propre.
Le prix est totalement adapté aux prestations proposées.
Présence d’eau chaude mais il faut être patient.

Pros:

First of all, I would like to appreciate the staff. All the members that we engaged in were super nice and friendly and they did a great job. Secondly, I really like the location. You can see the full view of the Haputale city and the mountain range. The bed is also comfortable. The food was delicious.

Cons:

Cleanliness is poor. The washroom is not good and needs to be repaired. Facilities are not enough.
