Great place to stay and explore Kutaisi
Pros:

Great location, very clean room and comfortable bed. They waited me on airport 1h after midnight, smile and pleasant behavior, I was feeling really welcome in Kutaisi. Communication with owner was great too. Definitely for recommendation!

Cons:

I couldn't ask for more.

Pros:

Everything was perfect! The room was very comfortable, and the location is great—close to the city. The hotel also has its own driver, and they offer organized tours, which was a fantastic experience. Everything was arranged on time and very smoothly, including our transfer to Tbilisi.
They were also very flexible with breakfast and prepared it earlier upon our request, which we really appreciated. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Έμεινα σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και η εμπειρία μου ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και πολύ προσεγμένος, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή ιδιαίτερα άνετη και ευχάριστη. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει με χαμόγελο.

Η θέα ήταν πανέμορφη και προσέφερε μια αίσθηση χαλάρωσης σε κάθε στιγμή της ημέρας. Επιπλέον, το ξενοδοχείο παρέχει υπηρεσίες μεταφοράς, κάτι που έκανε τις μετακινήσεις μου πολύ εύκολες και βολικές.

Ένα ακόμη μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα είναι ότι βρίσκεται στο κέντρο, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα τα σημαντικά σημεία της περιοχής, κάτι που διευκολύνει ιδιαίτερα τη διαμονή.

Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Qualità prezzo top, la camera è riscaldata, grande e fornita. Anche il manager e il dipendente al desk, stra disponibili e gentili. Posizione perfetta, vicino all'ingresso della città.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable.
Buena limpieza.
Buen aire acondicionado.
El hotel cuenta con un servicio de recogida en aeropuerto por 15 euros/unos 30km, lo que facilita mucho si se llega de madrugada.

Cons:

El ruido. El hotel se encuentra ubicado entre dos calles por las que transitan coches, acusándose más a partir de las 8 am. Recomiendo llevarse tampones en caso de no estar acostumbrado al ruido.
No hay persianas.
Sin estar lejos del centro, sí que es cierto que hay hoteles mejor situados pero el precio no es tan bueno.
