Good location near King’s Cross station
Not quite as good as the rating suggests. While the room was generally clean, it felt smaller than expected, and there was noticeable street noise, which made it less comfortable. The bed quality didn’t feel up to standard for a hotel, the tea and coffee options seemed to be very cheap brands, and the USB outlets beside the bed were broken.
Everything was good for one night but the late check in system ( with no staff and very unreliable internet ) almost gave us a heart attack. On the door there should have been a note about the bar next door where the hotel staff works and can help. By the time we could access the e mail message about the door code etc. it was very late. We got lucky that we simply tried to get any information about the hotel and ran into this lady. Anyways, no 24 hour staff is a problem.
No 24 hour reception staff
Very close to the train station, booked one night to catch early Eurostar. Tiny room though, but you get what you paid for.
No room for suitcase
Great location for the station. Well presented and clean. Easy instructions for key access.
Note it is in a busy road and as stated no lift which is fine unless you have luggage. Saying that, location was so good we didn’t mind.
Great location.
Quiet hotel
Great pub just downstairs
Great location, really easy access code to front door and room, lovely clean room perfect for a stopover.
Would be good to have an additional lock (physical) to use when in room rather than just electric.
It was close to King's Cross Station. Room very clean.
Could hear other rooms walking on floors above or flushing toilets either side. Not a major issue though.
The room was very comfortable and the place was spotless. I enjoyed my stay there.
Had no problems.
great situation, comfy, great shower

Convenient to Kings Cross station. Clean and tidy room
Expensive for what it was
Tout était parfait ! Les chambres sont propres, les lits sont fait tout les jours, la localisation est PARFAITE !

Location near railway station, underground, dining options.
Very much appreciated the fact that while there is contactless booking available, there were caring staff next door to help the more tech challenged!!!
Obviously the location is very noisy, but the fact that I stayed on three different nights outweighed this
Convenient to train stations
Nothing
Immaculate room, well decorated and well presented. I stayed 2 nights and room was cleaned after the first night. Excellent location for central London with plenty of places to eat nearby. Very close to King's Cross. I needed a hairdryer and asked staff (in the adjoining pub) who sorted this out with no problems.
Nil - exactly what I expected.
Convenience for Eurostar. Easy check in with code.
Bit noisy from other residents
