La localisation, la facilité du check-in et le personnel toujours disponible. Je suis arrivée en train un peu tôt et j’ai pu laisser mes bagages à la bagagerie avec une dame très gentille, à mon arrivée mais également à mon départ après le check out. La chambre était impeccable, propre et avec tous les équipements nécessaires.
À mon départ le matin, il y avait une odeur très forte d'encens qui émanait de l'espace situé à l'entrée ; je pouvais la sentir depuis ma chambre au premier étage et dans les escaliers également.
Clean and perfect location for our overnight stay in Kings Cross before heading to Heathrow. Easy check-in. The bathroom was completely separate and private, unlike some other compact hotels rooms in London.

La comodidad de la cama y la almohada, una pasada. La ubicación genial también, se llega a la zona más central en unos 30 min andando, además está a 5 min de King Cross, muy bien comunicado en metro y tren.
La habitación era minúscula, es verdad que suficiente para lo que se usa en un viaje, pero si hubiéramos llevado maletas no habríamos tenido dónde abrirlas (llevábamos mochila).
El precio para alojarte en Londres me parece bastante caro en general. Es verdad que este hotel era de los más asequibles en zona cercana a los principales sitios de interés.
Perfect location, easy check in and out. Room was looked after daily by the staff. Lovely welcoming note and bear made from the towels. Very welcoming and hassle free.

Great location near Kings Cross St Pancreas. Literally 5 minutes from the station, if that. Lovely and clean. Self check in with access codes were easy and the staff in the pub for the bag drop were friendly.
Loved the decorations in the room for my birthday it was very kind of the housekeeping staff to do that (we did have to move the balloons to the shower so we had space to move around the bed but that wasn’t a problem).
The room was very small. Ok for 1 night as a pit stop near the station but a little to cosy for our little break when you’ve done lots of walking and site seeing it’s hard to relax in the space. It was also really hot in the hotel even with the air con - I think the sky light automatically closes when it rains (which makes sense but was so hot in the night).

Location is close to King’s cross and convenient. I only needed a clean place to sleep for my 1 night business trip so it served its purpose.
It was not clear upon booking that there was no front desk to hotel. I would have preferred to stayed in a staffed hotel.
Proximity to major train and underground
Location. It was clean; it provided the basics and have tea/coffee making is always great. Everything worked.
