Disappointed but couldnt be bothered to complain as we were only there for two days

Nothing.Breakfast ok but even after showing the room at check in which was advertised on the picures to ensure a Premier, modernised, room we still got an inferior room.We upgraded to a suite which again was not as advertised.Very old fashioned and had its day maybe in the Seventies.Some rooms looked ok on the website but we did not get them even after requesting and showing the very nice Premier room advertised bothon the hotel and Booking.Com site..Staff pleasant ,breakfast good but very busy and not easy to find a table.Not good value for the money for the outdated rooms.Would I stay here again .....not at this price for a depressingly furnished room(if you are lucky... as our first room was small and did not even have any bedside lights and no chair for working/playing on your a laptop whilst the suite we upgraded to didnt have a table and chairs nor any bar stools as shown in the pics on the website)We felt cheated to be honest although overall the place was clean and the beds comfortable.Also we didnt bother with the swimming pool as there were only about six pairs of sunloungers for an aparthotel of 30 floors , which were taken very early!!!

Quality place and People
Pros:

We had a Suite in the private residence tower
It was excellent 👌 and so spacious
The choice for breakfast 🍳 was massive and everything cooked fresh in front of you
The staff were so professional and lovely 🥰 people
I would recommend the hotel to everyone

Nice views, VFM but needs refurbishing
Pros:

Very large suite with great views over the city. Friendly staff. Value for money

Cons:

Mattress too hard. Suites are very tired looking now and need refurbishing. Although there is a kitchen area we did not use it as crockery etc was bare minimum without even a cloth to wipe counter or dry dishes. Breakfast in adjoining hotel was a bit of a scrum as number of diners way exceeded number of tables.
