Endroit paisible avec vue imprenable surplombant le lac et accueil très chaleureux
Pros:

L'endroit est magique avec une vue sur le lac incroyable. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et dévoués. Le restaurant est très bon avec des plats variés. C'est un endroit très paisible et reposant.

Cons:

l'insonorisation des chambres et la literie. On entend les voisins comme si on était dans leur chambre. Le sèche cheveux marchait mal.

Pros:

To był naprawdę bardzo udany pobyt w tym obiekcie. Wysoki standard, obsługa, personel, doskonale się tam czuliśmy przez cały czas. Super śniadania, miejsce w garażu, winda, pokój komfortowy. Piękny, panoramiczny widok na jezioro Como z tarasu. Polecam wszystkim.

Das Hotel besticht durch seine sehr schöne Lage und ist zudem ausgesprochen sauber. Der Service ist exzellent sowie äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend; dabei wurde stets sehr aufmerksam auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.

Cons:

Es ist durchaus akzeptabel, dass es sich um ein 3-Sterne-Hotel handelt, dennoch hätte es mit einigen Optimierungen das Potenzial für eine 4-Sterne-Bewertung. Ein wenig mehr Komfort in Form eines Kühlschranks, eines Wasserkochers sowie einer Minibar wäre sehr wünschenswert. Zudem empfand ich die Auswahl beim Frühstück für Vegetarier gerade in Italien, dem Land des Käses und der Oliven, als leider etwas unzureichend.

Frühstück katastrophal, italienische Gäste bekommen Kaffee aus der Siebträgermaschine - Deutsche aus einem Automat was man nicht als Kaffee bezeichnen kann

Durch ein Gewitter hat sich der Rollokasten gelöst und ist aufs Bett gefallen, hat mich verletzt, am nächsten Tag wurde sich dafür nicht mal entschuldigt …

Indimenticabile!
Pros:

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, e ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative, e per questo è una struttura che mi sento di consigliare a chiunque intenda soggiornare anche solo per un giorno. Inoltre la struttura ha una piccola piscina che ti permette di stare in totale relax davanti al lago e prendere il sole. L'hotel dispone di un garage interrato coperto e sempre aperto. Comodissimo dal centro per prendere traghetti e soggiornare sul lago mangiando una squisita pasta o sorseggiando un cocktail in uno dei tanti bar fronte lago.

Nous avons passé trois jours dans ce charmant petit hôtel, où nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée.

Le personnel est absolument adorable, toujours attentionné et bienveillant. La vue est tout simplement incroyable, le petit-déjeuner simple mais parfait, et nous avons également eu le plaisir de dîner sur place. Le chef propose une cuisine savoureuse, généreuse et entièrement faite maison : un vrai régal !

Ici, pas de superflu ni d’artifices, mais l’essentiel : de la gentillesse, de l’authenticité, de la simplicité et un véritable sens de l’accueil.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ces trois belles journées. Nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs et l’envie de revenir !
