Estancia agradable, sólo recomiendo leer detenidamente el reglamento.
Pros:

Me gustó la temperatura del agua de las albercas.
La limpieza en general.
Me gustó que la habitación es muy amplia.

Cons:

Sugiero que en los cuartos pongan más colgadores para toallas.
El restaurante cierra a las 8:30 pm y hay poca variedad pero lo que consumimos estuvo rico y el personal muy amable.
No hay teléfono en la habitación para comunicarte a recepción, si requieres algo tienes que salir a buscar al personal.

Cons:

The hotel is located close to a main highway and from most rooms you can hear the traffic. This is true of the thermal pools as well. Shame because the room was new and nice.
All day long they play loud music in the outdoor pool area. Disco music at 9am was quite annoying.
Overpriced.

Pros:

The room had no shampoo, conditioner, soap, no hangers in closet, no amenities, only a half used bottle of old hand soap. Internet didn't work, no coffee in rooms, and reservation said free breakfast and there was none. They also have you wait while they walk through the room and inspect it when you check, very odd. High price for low service.

En general muy bien. Aproveché fui a una boda cerca de ahí y por las obras, no tuve que meterme a SMA. Todo muy bien, el personal muy amable, muy atentos, todo limpio. Te dejan dos botellitas de agua de cortesia en la habitación, solo como retroalimentacion: 1- Queria tomar un pastilla soluble y no te dejan vasos en la habitación. 2- Llovió mucho esa noche y el estacionamiento se enlodaba mucho, por poco me atasco, seria bueno poner mas grava.
