La ubicación es buena, la cercanía de las habitaciones con la piscina. La atención del personal de recepción también fue buena.

El desayuno es limitado , el día sábado solo dan 2 opciones y debí esperar 1 hora para que nos lo dieran, estando con una niña pequeña ,cuando gente que inclusive llegó después fueron atendidos antes. El día domingo solo una opción y no nos dieron jugos ni café , ni frutas. El trato del
Personal en en área de desayuno es pésimo.
Me parece que el costo- beneficio no es bueno. La calidad a bajado.

No hay buena atención solamente el maletero es bueno

El área de la piscina muy linda, aseada y ordenada.

Cons:

La habitación tenía malo el llavin, nunca me lo fueron arreglar, es decir salíamos y el cuarto quedaba sin seguro.
Y éramos 4 huéspedes, solo teníamos dos toallas, y nunca nos llevaron más, aún habiendo solicitado.

The grounds were beautiful and it was good enough for what we needed for one night.
Pros:

I love the overall look of the hotel. I love how it has the Costa Rica character and beautiful plants. The breakfast was amazing and the pool was great and fun.

Cons:

The hotel room felt dirty. There was a stain on the floor around the refrigerator. The couch had rips under the pillows, which expose the foam underneath, and the foam had stains on it. The box springs under the mattresses were torn and dirty. The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom drain was broken and looked unsafe for my children. Also important to note that certain places in Jaco do not feel safe after the sun goes down. We ended up eating at Cocal and saw so many women who look like prostitutes. Definitely not the best place for a family.
