The property is centrally located in town proper.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. They would try to help with any request.
The family room had a fridge and tea making facilities. The room was a good size and the bathroom was very clean. The shower worked well and so did the toilet. The beds were very comfortable. Fresh water is did you just send me another photo available in the lobby.
We had a view of the mountain from the third floor and had a great time.
10/10 for Service and location.

Pool was a bit dirty
The location is good, with plenty of restaurants and bars on the street, but it does get noisy if you’re trying to sleep early. The room is very basic, the beds aren’t comfortable, and the AC doesn’t work properly — it’s far too weak. Hot water is minimal, and the toilets are just as basic. The tours we booked with them where good + good prices.
There’s no lift, only stairs, and there’s no coffee machine or kettle in the room, so you have to go downstairs every time you want a coffee, which is honestly ridiculous for the price we paid. Buy a kettle for each room! The water pressure is terrible as well.
The pool is okay, but don’t expect much.
The only positive is that the staff are very helpful.

Not good value, no food or drinks allowed, rooms had no facilities and only 1x outlet (ie. no kettle, amenities, drinking glasses etc). Very loud, even within hotel from other guests, rooms basic but not so well maintained, even down to shower working. Keep in mind, if staying there are no lifts.
Locatie is prima, personeel is vriendelijk en de kamer is ook prima.
Stopcontacten zaten achter het bed ter hoogte van de hoofdkussens. Niet heel praktisch en ook niet veilig. Airco maakt veel lawaai

Great location, basic but effective. Twin room which was appreciated as was with a friend. Decent value for money, staff were friendly. Shower was good
Room was basic and dated but didn’t bother us much. We were told we could leave bags if we were early for check in but that was just leaving them in an often unattended lobby area which wasn’t ideal.
Family room’s ac wasnt cold enough.

very close to everything.. Port, Airport, convenience stores, bars, restaurants and very affordable..
facilities arent complete.. there were no microwave ovens where we can reheat our leftover food. no phone to contact the staffs, you still need to go downstairs if you need them.. Wifi isnt that strong.
Coffee in ths lobby is a good idea. Welcoming staff. Good area.Price is right for the place.
