Já fiquei neste apartamento algumas vezes achava sempre ótimo pela localização próximo ao shopping
Não gostei odiei o quarto para o fundo da piscina com barulho. E ao lado da dispensa do lixo sempre me assustava com barulhos o quarto super quente sem ar condicionado. Dentro do quarto somente o ar da sala não chegava ao quarto o ventilador de teto quebrado. Depois que exigir um ventilador me deram um. Mais desta vez minha estaria neste local foi a pior possível não gostei

I would have preferred air con in the bedroom, it was very stuffy even with a fan & the windows were too small to allow any fresh air.
Staff we dealt with were all efficient, very friendly and helpful. Good place to stay as opposite tram and buses. Short walk to Pacific Fair and Oasis malls. Tom's Cafe in the building serve great coffee and food.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Neptune Resort. The location was perfect, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, which made it feel relaxing and convenient during our stay. We especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities, including the pool and outdoor areas. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. It was a great place for us to stay and we would happily come back again.
We didn’t have any complaints about our stay. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we really enjoyed the experience overall.
Very centrally located to many local amenities and public transport. Could not be much closer to buses that have been servicing the Women’s Asia Cup 2026 events at the stadium in Robina. It is on a major intersection with the bus and tram interchange that sits near the huge Pacific Fair shopping centre. (Don’t expect a very quiet oasis in this bustling and thriving part of the metropolis. The noise was not overwhelming although light sleepers might be disturbed during the night - if the balcony doors are open for fresh air - by the odd motoring enthusiast with a loud engine or exhaust system.
Short walk to Kurrawa Beach and part of extensive foreshore parkland area that extends alongside many beaches on the Gold Coast. Plenty of eateries in the vicinity. Easy to grab something from takeaway food outlets, liquor suppliers and convenience stores within reasonable walking distance until 11pm or later. (Great if you arrive on a late flight like we did.) Plenty of restaurant and pub style food offerings earlier in the evenings and during the day.
Resort has nice pool (although we were too unwell to take advantage of it) and a decent on-site cafe that is open from 6:00am until 1:00pm. Coffee from the cafe is good as takeaway or ‘dining in’ on uncomplicated menu options. Cafe has a couple of protected outdoor seating areas in addition to a small indoor space - I recommend the one at the rear with a courtyard garden inhabited by several gregarious water dragons including one that amusingly waves a front leg. There is a surprising amount of wildlife in such a highly urbanised area and it was lovely to hear so many birds.
After initial confusion with a mistaken auto reply via booking.com about our late check-in need, the host contacts were good with follow up advice. They were very sympathetic to our updates about major delays with our connecting flight from Sydney after arriving there from Perth.
The 1980’s fit out of unit 205 is getting a bit tired and dated but things were clean and kept in reasonably good order. Don’t understand why towel rails in bathroom were set so high though - a little over 30cms from the ceiling and hard to reach for shorter people. No insect screens for the two balcony doors, although insects did not seem to be a problem when we stayed. However, given the building design and second floor location of our unit over the awning at the main entrance, lockable security insect screens would be wise.
A couple of minor kitchen shortcomings - no small vegetable knife (only 2 very large and unwieldy kitchen knives for food preparation) and no sink plug to do quick wash ups of a few things without resorting to electric dishwasher. Fortunately we stuck pretty much to dining out or eating takeaway because we were struggling with respiratory bugs.
The scourge of abandoned shopping trolleys in and around the building was disappointing. One sat near the lifts on the second floor for more than 2 days. Surveillance cameras should easily capture details of whether offenders are guests or among the resident owners. Common areas were otherwise very well maintained.
Very convenient location to all facilities, shops and stations. Broadbeach South is just across the road.
