11/10 if you want a great time and get to see all the parts of San Cristobal.
Pros:

Location: It was situated perfectly between the airport and port, so getting around was really easy.

Facilities: great clean room, great WiFi, really nice air con (needed), and a lovely dog who always gave us such a lovely welcome :)

Host: Monica and Lenin were genuinely the best hosts I’ve ever had on any platform (booking.com, Airbnb, etc.) They helped us organise all of our tours, taxis, and ferries. This was so helpful and gave us assurance of the quality of tour and ferry we were getting, which was really nice as two travellers with weak Spanish.

Close to airport,5 small blocks to main beach , one very helpful in advising where to go when to sea life

Clean easy access to room all facilities work, and very quiet during the night
Equipment is for hire, couple streets to edge of main town, 750 metre to airport , easy to walk

Very helpful and very comfy
Pros:

The house was very comfy. The openers were very helpful in finding tours and things to do. The Terrace was nice to sit and relax and read. Location is close to the center without all the noise of bars. The doggie(charlotte) was wonderful. Nice bathroom.

great stay
Pros:

we throughly enjoyed our stay here at casa charlotte! the hosting family were very kind and helpful with recommendations. room was comfortable and clean. we booked the 360 tour with Lenny and were very happy with how the day went highly recommend. we were also able to rent from the family some swimming gear and a gopro for the day! highly recommend this place, it’s a hidden gem. thanks for having us!
