Schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft mit einer schönen Anlage. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und man konnte Roller mieten und Ausflüge buchen. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage nicht weit von General Luna und von Cloud 9 entfernt.

Greta location and lovely staff!
Pros:

Great location and really pretty! Our room was clean and the staff were always in hand to assist and provide recommendations.

Un magnifique séjour à Siargao
Pros:

Très bel hôtel et super central entre le centre ville de General Luna et Cloud9.
L’équipe est vraiment sympathique et très serviable. Ils sont géniaux.

Cons:

Les travaux qui sont encore là de 8h à 17h, on aurait aimé le savoir en avance.

!Todo fué perfecto! El personal ha sido super amable con nosotros en todo momento y nos han ayudado para lo que necesitásemos. Las habitaciones están limpias y las camas son muy cómodas. Si volvemos a Siargao no dudaremos en reservar de nuevo!

Cons:

La única pega fue que cuando llegamos no había agua caliente y la cisterna del wc no funcionaba, pero nos lo solucionaron enseguida :)

Amazing
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Caracoa Resort. The place is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and extremely clean. Everything felt fresh, calm, and comfortable from the moment we arrived.

The staff was amazing – very kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel truly welcome and at home.

The location is great, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Caracoa Resort to anyone visiting Siargao.

Super Aufenthalt in Siargao, wir würden wieder kommen.
Pros:

- Super nettes Personal, hat bei allem was wir brauchten geholfen
- Alles sehr sauber
- warme Dusche ☺️
- Kostenfreies Wasser und Kaffe
- Ruhige Wohngegend und trotzdem zentral.

Cons:

- Die Klimaanlage roch leider etwas modrig. Mach Rücksprache mit einem Bekannten, der Klimaanlagen wartet liegt das nicht an eventuellem Schimmel sondern dass die Anlage durchgereinigt werden sollte. Gesundheitlich unbedenklich 👍🏻

- Nebenan war eine Baustelle, dafür kann das Hotel natürlich Nix. Bauarbeiter starteten um 08:00 Uhr morgens etwa bis ca. 16 Uhr aber alles im Rahmen von der Lautstärke her

- Leider keine Möglichkeit für Frühstück in der Unterkunft

Pros:

Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen, etwas abseits vom Trubel. Trotzdem erreicht man sowohl Cloud 9 als auch das Zentrum von General Luna gut zu Fuß. Das Bett war bequem, die Klimaanlage leise. Sauberste Unterkunft während unseres Urlaubs auf den Philippinen.
Besonders in Erinnerung bleiben wird mir die herzliche Rezeptionistin Gema. Sie hat sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert und Ausflüge, Transporte etc. für uns gebucht. Danke Gema!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, uns hat das jedoch nicht gestört.
