The rooms don't look anything like what's in the photo.
I found ants on the bed and the sheets had yellow stains, which is why I left the accommodation and booked another one.
This place needs more cleaning.

Upon arrival, the staff member did not come across as very welcoming, and her tone felt a bit annoyed.

Everything, the fact that it was a commune, we booked 2 bedrooms for 2 adult and 2 children but we were separated in different rooms, sharing bathroom and kitchen, they were smoking inside the house by that time we had our children in the house, one of our room didn't have a handle which means the window didn't close at all, the kettle wasn't working, there was only one cup, no teaspoon, aaaaaiii was a frustrating accommodation, rooms was small without aircon and fan, struggling to sleep, I can type the whole day
We slept there for 3 days on our garden route vacation with my family, it was cosy and enough for my family, we had a great stay. We were treated nicely and with respect. We had laundry to do and it was done for us, even after we insisted.
The parking was a problem. There isn’t enough room to park freely without actually having to bother someone else parked behind my vehicle.
