Merci à la dame de l’accueil elle est trop gentille et sympa

Pros:

Excellent rapport qualité/prix

L’hôtel est cosy, propre, calme et très bien situé. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné et souriant, ça fait toute la différence.
Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Cannes.

Idéal pour un séjour de travail
Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel. Le service du petit déjeuner.
Le manque de climatisation, mais j’avais été prévenu qq jours avant. J’ai décidé de rester et cela n’a pas été un soucis au contraire.

Arrivé à 17h40 il n’y avait personne à l’accueil de l’hôtel et je n’ai pu obtenir les clés de la chambre. Les messageries des deux tel portable étaient saturées et il était impossible de joindre qui que ce soit. J’ai dû rechercher un autre établissement. L’établissement refuse de répondre à Booking. Le remboursement par Booking m’est refusé à ce jour.
Une Arnaque !!!!

Le lit est confortable pour seulement dormir ça suffit

Cons:

Franchement, je suis assez déçu de mon séjour. La salle de bain donnait une impression de manque de propreté, avec de la moisissure visible l’évier coincé — pas très engageant. La chambre ne correspondait pas vraiment aux photos du site, ce qui est très décevant. Le parking est mal conçu et pas pratique du tout. Le personnel était plutôt nonchalant, ne proposait pas spontanément les informations nécessaires et les explications étaient peu claires. Honnêtement, l’hôtel ne mérite pas ses 3 étoiles.
