На мой взгляд, номера в отеле не предусмотрены для размещения в зимний период. Наш номер был очень просторным и обогревался одним лишь кондиционером, иного способа отопления не было. Ванная комната была ледяной, заходить в нее было весьма неприятно (я не говорю уже о том, чтобы принимать душ). Спать пришлось с включенным кондиционером. Для меня это неприемлемо. Мы, конечно, наверное, избалованы "зимними" (горнолыжными) отелями с обогревателями/батареями, когда даже приходится окошко приоткрывать (так тепло), здесь лично мне в плане тепла было некомфортно(( Для остальных сезонов, наверняка, размещение в отеле подойдет больше. Но зимой около отеля/в окрестностях так красиво, особенно, когда выпадает снег (как было в нашем случае). Мне кажется, собственнику отеля/администрации стоит предусмотреть что-то дополнительно для отопления номеров (включая ванные комнаты) зимой.

My experience at this property was highly disappointing, and I feel compelled to highlight several serious issues to help others make informed decisions.
1. Room Reservation Issue: My reservation was for a room with a castle view, but the room I was given did not have the promised view. It appeared that the room may have been used prior to my check-in, as one of the towels was damp.
2. Cleanliness & Maintenance: The room was not cleaned at all during the first two days of my stay. I had to request someone to come and clean it, which should be a standard service without needing to ask. Additionally, there were bugs in the room, which was unacceptable.
3. Staff Professionalism: While the staff were kind, they were far from professional. As the only guest during my stay, I often felt uncomfortable with the staff watching me as I walked through the property. Their behavior felt intrusive rather than welcoming.
4. Breakfast Experience: My reservation included breakfast, but no one asked for my preferences. I was served bread with ham, tomatoes, and cucumbers. As a Muslim, I do not eat pork, which made the meal unsuitable. Furthermore, I was charged extra for coffee and a soft drink, which discouraged me from having breakfast for the remainder of my 4–5 day stay.
5. Location & Amenities: The property is remote, so having a car is essential to access the city or buy groceries. The fridge in the room was completely empty—not even stocked with a bottle of water. For a property like this, providing basic amenities should be standard practice.

Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The lack of cleanliness, poor service, and unprofessional behavior from staff made my stay extremely uncomfortable. Serious improvements are needed in almost every aspect of the guest experience.
