Pros:

The location is the only saving grace. The staff was decent.

Cons:

The place has no lift despite having two floors. The rooms are pretty dingy and had a bad odour (I had to request them to put a room freshener).

The one I got had an AC problem, as there was continuous leaking through the AC vent above the bed. The hotel authorities had no answer for the problem.

They showed me another room where the mirror in the bathroom was cracked, so I refused to take up that room.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. Sharing the room photos as part of the review.

Very small toilet..not maintained...very slow water flow...broken washbasin & toilet seat...ac drain water overflow on bed & also so many ants on bedn walls....also a harsh noise in ac...no lift ...no room service.....only one thing good..cleaning of hotel..

Hotel manager give me Second floor room but no elevator ...
We reached hotel 11.40...but hotel denied to give room..he told me after 12.30...
I drop my baggage at hotel reception..she promised me to issue a good room before we come back from market...but 9.30 when we reached hotel no room alloted...After that he allot a room...I told him to allot a room on first floor because so many rooms vacant on first floor...he give me room on second floor & also worst room..🤔🤔

My stay at welcome hotel was impressed with the attention we received at the hotel, nice facilities, the staff always taking care of us and helping. The room was very spacious, clean. The location is really amazing, close to temples and restaurants areas. It was a great experience. Especially The staff and receptionist are good and being a good friend. The staff is very well trained and took care of our every need, overall welcome hotel is excellent and The location is unbeatable. Thank you all!
