My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell far below even the most basic standards of hospitality.

The air conditioner produced a disturbing noise that made it difficult to sleep. The fan remote was missing, leaving me unable to control the fan speed. To make matters worse, the bed sheets had visible stains, and the toilet was visibly unclean, reflecting a disappointing lack of attention to basic hygiene and housekeeping.

A hotel room is supposed to provide a clean, peaceful, and comfortable environment where guests can rest. Unfortunately, this room failed on all three fronts. The conditions were so unbearable that I was forced to vacate the room at midnight because I could not get proper sleep.

**Cleanliness, functional amenities, and a peaceful sleeping environment are not luxuries; they are the bare minimum a paying guest deserves.** No guest should have to compromise their sleep, comfort, and peace of mind after paying for accommodation.

What is particularly disappointing is that these are basic issues that should have been identified and addressed before the room was offered to a guest. Such shortcomings reflect poorly on the hotel's housekeeping, maintenance, and overall management.

I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements so that future guests do not have to endure a similar experience. I would strongly advise prospective guests to consider these concerns before making a booking.

**This was not merely an uncomfortable stay; it was a failure to meet the most fundamental expectations of hospitality.**

The location is perfect.

Cons:

There is no window for the room the curtain was fake for the photo . The room is very small no space in room. No free air circulation. TV was not working. No telephone on the room. Breakfast was in my package but these staffs are not given any hints about it. Totaly bad experience.

Ein toller Tag in Thrissur
Pros:

Die Lage ist MEGA zentral, direkt im Innenstadtgürtel, der Sree Vadakkumnathan Tempel ist in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück war lecker, das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich, immer wieder gerne,🙏🏻😊 Namaste
