Place is new and modern, Staff is very friendly, there were 3 gentleman running the place, they were very helpful.
We used bikes to go round the island.

Moderní, krásný, čistý hotel. Z pokoje je krásný výhled na moře, dokonce jsme viděli i delfíny. 🥰 Přistávací dráhu za hotelem jsme brali jako skvělou atrakci a s oblibou jsme pozorovali přistávání a vzlétání. Ovšem nejlepší na celém pobytu jsou kluci ze Srí Lanky, kteří jsou velmi přátelští, nápomocní a ochotní. 🤩 Kuchař pro nás každý den vymýšlel speciální jídlo z místních potravin, ale i ze zahrady. Z každého jídla jsme si odnesli úplně nový zážitek. 😋 Nutno podotknout, že si poradil i s mojí bezlepkovou a bezmléčnou dietou, nic nebyl problém. Toto místo jsme si zamilovali. Dekujeme 🩷

A modern, beautiful, clean hotel. The room has a beautiful view of the sea, we even saw dolphins. 🥰 We considered the runway behind the hotel a great attraction and enjoyed watching the planes land and take off. But the best thing about the whole stay was the Sri Lankan staff, who were very friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful. 🤩 Every day, the chef prepared a special meal for us using local ingredients, including produce from the garden. Each meal was a completely new experience. 😋 It should be noted that he was also able to accommodate my gluten-free and dairy-free diet without any problems. We fell in love with this place. Nice place, nice staff & good food. No complaints the building is new build and up to western standard and the staff was super friendly. Scuba diving is just beyond good, if you want to see Manta or Whale Sharks I can't imagine a better place - definitely the place to go, if you have +30 dives and are going for spectacular SCUBA diving.

Soggiorno stupendo al bacheegaa "giardino". Lo staff, composto da 3 ragazzi, è davvero gentile e premuroso. Avevamo la formula "all inclusive" e lo chef ci ha sempre preparato deliziosi piatti differenti per tutta la settimana. Davvero bravissimi. Il proprietario è molto attento e disponibile: oltre ad avere gestito la prenotazione degli aerei, è riuscito a cambiarci un volo all'ultimo minuto dopo averlo perso causa ritardi nei collegamenti. Ci ha inoltre accolto all'aeroporto così come alla partenza.
Le camere sono davvero pulite e confortevoli, bagni ampi e rilassanti. Sono disponibili per gli ospiti delle bici con cui poter girare comodamente nell'isola.
Consigliamo vivamente il soggiorno.

La propreté, qualité et espace dans la chambre. Nous avions une chambre très spacieuse avec une magnifique terrasse. L’hôtel est magnifique, très cosy, le personnel aux petits soins et la cuisine très gourmande. Certainement le plus bel hôtel de l’île ! On y retournera avec plaisir.

Nos gustó todo, la isla y el alojamiento eran muy bonitos y tranquilos. Mohamed fue un anfitrión excelente, nos ayudó en todo desde que llegamos. La isla es auténtica, muy pocos turistas. Muy recomendable si quieres ver la cultura maldiva real. Hemos visitado 5 islas y está sin duda me enamoró.

🚤 Easy Transfers & Convenient Location ✈️
Shihab arranged a speedboat transfer for us and personally picked us up from the harbour. Dharavandhoo also has its own airport, with 25-minute flights from Malé, making travel effortless. We took the speedboat in and flew back—both organised flawlessly by Shihab.

The island is near Hanifaru Bay, where majestic manta rays gather seasonally, and close to a whale shark hotspot. Shihab organized amazing excursions—snorkelling, diving and sandbank trips—with trusted local providers.

Bageechaa’s in-house restaurant serves delicious, well-presented meals thanks to their talented chef Senaka. He skillfully prepares Maldivian and Western dishes, even adapting meals for our 8-year-old daughter—a rare personal touch!

Having traveled extensively across the Maldives, I can confidently say that Bageecha Stay is the best guesthouse I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a place to stay—it felt like home, thanks to the incredible hospitality and warm atmosphere created by the host, Ismael, and his exceptional team.

Ismael went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of the island, and genuine care for his guests made my stay unforgettable. I had the most incredible birthday at Bageecha Stay! The rooms were absolutely spotless, with a lovely fresh scent and everything feeling brand new. The service was top-notch – personalized and thoughtful at every turn. The food? Delicious and beautifully presented! One of the best parts is the ability to choose between local Maldivian dishes or European cuisine, ensuring there’s something for everyone. The island is the perfect size for exploring, with clean beaches and stunning ocean views. The view from my room was breathtaking, with the ocean stretching out right before my eyes.

The highlight of my stay was taking a boat trip to a deserted island, which turned out to be the most unforgettable experience. It was peaceful, beautiful, and truly magical – a once-in-a-lifetime moment!

For those who love to explore, the resort offers bicycles that you can take and ride around the island. It’s a fun and relaxing way to see every corner of this beautiful place.
