快適
Pros:

Pros:

The apartment was lovely. All rooms were large, furniture is new, and it was clean. It is also in a central location, close to Hadrians gate, old town, metro, supermarket and several restaurants and bakeries. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I don't have any complain.

Good location just outside the old city wall
Pros:

The staff were friendly , helpful and accommodating

Cons:

The first room was poor , shoddy and very small with a caged in balcony. Because I complained about an " insect " and the general standard next morning , we were moved to a better, larger room. However even this was poorly equipped regarding kitchen facilities and limited utensils. I suggest adequate cutlery and glasses should be provided along with a microwave and toaster would be far better.

Nos toco el ultimo piso al cual no llega el ascensor y tenes que subir un piso por escalera.

Top locatie! Uitstekende service en super aardig personeel! Alles werd snel geregeld, we hadden alles wat we nodig hadden en een hele leuke locatie. Dichtbij het centrum en strand. Zeker een aanrader!

L’emplacement

Cons:

Nous avons le plafond de la chambre qui est tomber sur notre tête.
Bouilloire qui ne fonctionnait pas
La vaisselle pas propre DUTOUT nous avons dû faire bouillir de l’eau avec du sel dans les casseroles pour les désinfecter

Также мебель соответствует фотографиям, все в полне современно.

Cons:

Первый гигантский минус - это плохая уборка. Перед заездом нового жильца очень плохо убирают апартаменты. Скорей всего просто пылесосят и то плохо. Коврик в ванной уже весь серый весь в волосах, сразу при заезде пришлось его убрать подальше в угол. Везде пыль - особенно на шкафу и кондиционере, при чем уже давняя. Даже фантик от конфеты валяется, его не удосужились убрать. Также душевая уже вся покрыта грязью и плесенью, с ней, видимо, не считают нужным бороться. Весь отпуск было брезгливо находиться в апартаментах. Я, конечно, пропылесосил в комнате, но генеральную уборку не проводил.

Также квартира требует ремонта. Уже на стенах трещины, везде стены уже испачканы, а косяки в ванную даже не отчистили от следов скотча, которым их крепили.

Ну и в дополнение - очень тонкие стены и окна - слышно все и в соседних апартамертах и на улице.

Pros:

Ótima localização a poucos passos da cidade velha. O apartamento tem todos os acessórios necessários. A equipa disponiblilizou todas as informações necessárias para encontrar o alojamento.

Pros:

Отличное соотношение цена-качество. Дёшево и сердито. Апарт-отель с небольшими номерами, в которых есть всё необходимое для проживания. Приветливый персонал.

Cons:

В номерах плохая шумоизоляция. Очень хорошо слышно шумных соседей, как готовят, как чихают и даже как просто разговаривают. В санузле нет вытяжки и тёплых полов, прохладно.

Very good place to stay
Pros:

The apartment had everything we needed and everything was of good quality. Because it was located 5 minutes walking from the Old Town, we were close to the centre without having to stay in the busy area

Cons:

The noise isolation isn’t very good meaning noises from outside the building could be heard very well. This didn’t bother us often but was mostly an issue during a thunderstorm
