Hotel de 10!
Pros:

Nos gustó todo. La limpieza, la habitación, la piscina, la ubicación y el personal es de 10, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. A pesar de la ubicación tan céntrica, es muy tranquilo y no hay nada de ruido. Si volvemos a Kuta, no dudaremos en repetir en este hotel!

Beautiful stay.
Pros:

Amazing stay in the heart of Kuta Lombok.

The room was beautifully pristine and well kept, as were the pool and garden areas.

All the staff were so kind and helpful with everything.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay for our final nights in Lombok. Thank you!

Uitzonderlijk fijn!!
Pros:

Eigenlijk was alles top! Wij waren blij verrast door ZiFa Mandalika. De kamer was ontzettend fijn en verreweg de schoonste kamer die we op Lombok gezien hebben. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en stond altijd voor ons klaar om mee te denken. Verder is de locatie ook top! Heel erg in het hart van Kuta, maar we hebben geen enkel geluidsoverlast gehad en het was een oase van rust zodra we ZiFa’s terrein opliepen. Alles in Kuta was erg goed te belopen vanaf de accommodatie. Wij raden het zeker aan en komen graag eens terug!

I would recommend staying here. The bed is comfortable.
Pros:

The location is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom is cleaner than your standard Indo bathroom

Cons:

The room was very small but it’s ok if you’re only staying a few nights. I prefer a larger room but the smaller room is justified in the cost. The property is well priced

Wundervoller, herzlicher Aufenthalt mitten in Kuta
Pros:

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit 3! Pools. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht - Kühlschrank und sogar ein Smart TV. Die Gastgeberin Liya ist die coolste Powerfrau die wir auf unserer Reise bisher kennengelernt haben und kümmert sich hervorragend um alles! Die Lage ist auch toll, mitten im Zentrum von Kuta und trotzdem ruhig - fußläufig alles erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat nicht zu 100% richtig funktioniert, aber das war okay.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and it was close to the main road.

Cons:

Down a dark alley - didn’t feel so safe for solo travellers.
Do not clean room unless you ask.
Lots of lizards and ants in room.
Holes in bathroom wall filled with toilet roll.

Lovely place to stay!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Zifa Mandalika and couldn't be happier with my experience.

From the moment I arrived, everyone on the team was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel at home throughout my stay.

The property is very well maintained, and the cleanliness of the facilities is outstanding. Everything was spotless and cared for with great attention to detail. The bungalows are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Lombok.

The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the excellent service and well-kept surroundings, made my stay truly enjoyable.

The location is also excellent, with easy access to Kuta and many of the stunning beaches of South Lombok, making it a perfect base from which to explore the area.

I would also like to give a special mention to Lia. She is a truly special person whose warmth, hospitality, and genuine kindness made my stay even more memorable. People like Lia are the reason guests feel so welcome and want to return.

Thank you to the entire Zifa Mandalika team for their hospitality and kindness. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely choose this property when I return to Lombok.
