Our stay was nice, but if you need someone with functioning AC, I wouldn’t recommend because it couldn’t cool down enoug
Pros:

Rainfall shower was wonderful. Bed was comfy. Was cleaned well for us. Pools were beautiful. Staff was so nice

Cons:

Even though our room had an AC unit, it was HOT. It was set at 16, but it just would not get cold. Sleeping situation was very hot.

Very nice rooms and pool, super helpful staff
Pros:

I had a very good stay. The staff are very helpful and super nice. They have also been very flexible because I had to prolong and then shorten my stay. They let me keep my luggage in their room after checkout, which was very helpful. You can also rent a scooter with them. Only thing slightly imperfect was the wifi in the room, but that is only a detail!

Pros:

Wunderschöne Anlage. Toller Pool und gemütlicher Bungalow, der alles hat was man braucht. Zentrale, aber sehr ruhige Lage.

Cons:

Die 2 Pools im Garten sind toll. Aber es ist alles windgeschützt und damit sehr heiss.
Safe wäre schön in dieser Preisklasse.
Roomservice hat bei 2 Übernachtungen nicht stattgefunden.

Great hotel in the heart of Kuta Lombok !
Pros:

Location is amazing, close to the good vibe area but in a small street. We were not disturb by noice. The swimming pool is very appreciated and not too crowded. The A/C is well built, not directly oriented into the bed.

Cons:

The bathroom can smell a little bit humidity.
