Way over priced for a run down hotel. There are better in the area.

Cons:

The whole place reeked of smoke. Everywhere but the lobby needs a serious renovation. The breakfast was expensive and not good. Each morning was mass chaos. The bar is stinky and dingy. Other than the front desk, the staff is grumpy. The whole place is falling down.

Персонал супер. Очень вежливые отзывчивый. Расположение тоже отличное. Рядом шопинг центр и много достопримечательностей. Сам отель не тянет на 5 звёзд. Скорее 4,но совсем не 5. Отель старый в номерах нужен ремонт. Они кажутся грязными и изнощеннымм. Полотенца чёрные от того что они старые. Я вытираоась своим полотенцем. Ковролин грязный. Лобби красивое ,но номера старые и потрепанные

Очень удобное расположение отеля относительно достопримечательностей Коломбо, персонал был очень вежлив и разрешил нам поздний выезд с 14:00, очень удобные кровати и подушки, Блэк аут шторы, наличие шампуня и кондиционера для волос, зубных щеток, фена, чайника, разных чаев в пакетиках, 2 бутылок воды. Также хотим отметить очень вкусный завтрак с разными блюдами, как европейскими, так и ланкийскими, фруктами, выпечкой и проч. Наличие бассейна при отеле - это здорово, жаль не удалось им воспользоваться из-за отсутствия достаточного количества времени.

Cons:

Душ плохо работал - работали только форсунки по центру и сила удара была слишком большой. В ванной не работал слив, пришлось экстренно искать нож для его открытия. Не работал телевизор. Окна были грязными

Bra läge med gångavstånd till stort shoppingcenter. Tjusigt första intryck i entrén.

Cons:

Snorkig personal som som ögnar gästers klädsel och skor. Rekommenderas inte för barnfamiljer då personalen inte tillåter skratt eller lek, inte heller i poolen.
Slitna rum.

A part le hall d’entrée qui est très propre
Le reste est très vétuste
Moisie douche et odeur de moisissures dans la salle de bain

3ème lit pliant rouillé poussiéreux et barre dans le dos
Travaux etre inférieur (bruit)

Sinon bonne literie sur les deux autres lits
