Bra läge med gångavstånd till stort shoppingcenter. Tjusigt första intryck i entrén.

Cons:

Snorkig personal som som ögnar gästers klädsel och skor. Rekommenderas inte för barnfamiljer då personalen inte tillåter skratt eller lek, inte heller i poolen.

Disappointing
Pros:

I did not like the hotel. They are totally misbehaved and made a very bad experience. They opened my luggage without my concern. The staffs are totally unprofessional. They lied sometimes.

Cons:

My recent stay at Ramada Colombo was extremely disappointing. I traveled to Colombo to participate in an international Ironman event, expecting professional hospitality and respectful service. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite.

From check-in onward, the behavior of staff members was unwelcoming and dismissive. I felt that I was treated differently compared to other guests, and the attitude displayed toward me was neither courteous nor professional. As an international guest, this was particularly upsetting.

Hospitality should be based on respect and equality. Sadly, that standard was not met during my stay. I hope the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training, professionalism, and guest treatment policies.
