One of our best stays up today.
Pros:

Location, safety in-house, cleaness, heating with air-conditioning perfect, hot water always...
Everything was in a short walk distance. Kerem was very helpful and organized perfectly our return to the airport. Day and night main door was under supervision and we felt very very safe. Kitchen basic equipped but we managed to make coffee and tea (provided) with the kettle and we toasted our bread in the pan. The fridge on the other hand was very big. Mini market quite reasonable priced just 2 min. away and small supermarket 5 min. Instiklal street around the corner with best rates exchange office.
We will visit Kerem definitely again in the future.

Cons:

We were just missing a wall mounted hanger for our coats & jackets and a small table in the living room. We could have asked Kerem the manager to arrange it, but I think he will do it for his future guests.
The neighborhood is quite live after dark but we manage to sleep and rest perfectly, especially after the long sightseeing days and nights.

Pros:

在土耳其的日子住到这样的酒店真的很完美，离广场很近，周围也有很多便利的商店和咖啡厅，很方便，酒店设施很新，也很干净，房间超级大！老板人特别好，也很健谈，最后一天我们离开的飞机在下午，也帮我们免费寄存了行李直到我们离开，下次来的话一定还会来住！

Staying at a hotel like this during our time in Turkey was truly perfect. It’s very close to the square, with plenty of convenient shops and cafés nearby, making everything so easy. The hotel facilities are new and very clean, and the room was incredibly spacious! The owner is especially kind and very friendly. On our last day, since our flight was in the afternoon, he also kindly let us store our luggage for free until we left. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

La posizione dell'hotel è strategica. Vicinissima a piazza Taksim ed alla via dello shopping e dei locali ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos. Ha incontrato le nostre necessità di vicinanza ai mezzi ed al raggiungimento delle principali attrazioni della città.

Ci sono due locali che mettono musica dal vivo finì alle 3 di notte. Nulla di che dal momento che si arrivava in camera stanchi morti e si crollava come due sacchi di patate 😅

Amazing
Pros:

Comfortable and very beautiful rooms in the heart of Istanbul, with a large balcony. The rooms are very clean, good value for money, and the staff is extremely helpful.

Cons:

The hotel was perfect, with only one small suggestion: I would recommend providing extra softer pillows for more comfort.

The appt is very clean, lots of space. Additionally, it is totally in the centre, some minutes from Taksim.

I recommend this place 100%, and will definitely come back.
Pros:

The property was exceptional. The building is very new and nice, staff are very helpful and friendly - Mr. Karim helped us with many things. The apartment has all the facilities you need for a longer stay. Location is amazing, just 1-2 mins from Istiklal street and it is very vibrant area, many shops, restaurants and bars just around the block.

Cons:

It can be quite noisy at night, but this is not a big deal, and you can also ask them in advance for a backyard room.

We will be there again and highly recommend it to people
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, new & Well located with excellent service and friendly staff.
The amenities were great so we had a wonderful stay as a family. Our reservation was for six nights but we extended for ten days more The manager is/was gentelman , friendly and very helpful, the night shift guy.
Was so patient and nice.

Cons:

The noise of bars arround was loud but not that much to hurt our sleeping

Decent place to be close to Taksim and istiklal
Pros:

Relatively new and decently appointed apartments with amazing location just few steps from Istiklal. Excellent staff and owner speaking perfect English. He was super kind and moved us into room that doesn't face the music.

Cons:

But it is Taksim on weekend and music has to be faced so anywhere you are will be loud. But soundproof windows are not a norm in Turkiye yet.

It really worth the money! Better than what I expected.
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Excellent location, very clean and comfortable, family friendly, and close to everything you need (shopping, public transportation etc). In reviews you see complain about noise. Bars around were noisy but it wat not bad.
