Pros:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber man spürt noch den Charme vergangener Tage. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, gutes Frühstück, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Größtes Manko sind die alten Fenster, die kaum Schallschutz bieten.

Close to train station and bus which is what we wanted.
Pros:

Very spacious. Breakfast was nice and the bar for a nightcap very nice with complementary coffee on arrival. We needed a room quite early and they graciously accommodated. Large shower. Lots of outlets for charging electronics.

Cons:

We didn’t have hot water from the bathroom sink but yes from the shower.

Excellent place and great value for money
Pros:

Excellent hotel considering it's only 3*. The place is a time warp from the 1970s in terms of the rooms and furnishings, as well as the communal spaces! But everything is clean and well maintained. Friendly staff, and the breakfast was great. Location is also excellent, across the street from the train station, and the bus to San Marino leaves from directly outside!

Cons:

My room was a little on the warm side.
