Marvelous in Mérida
Pros:

Easy to find. Safe secure location next to OXXO walking distance to cafes, restaurants and stores. Fully loaded place with microwave, mini fridge, sink, large room.

I don't know where to start. First of all, he took a long time to come out. And meet us to give us the keys. These people really need to develop a better way to distribute keys then after their work hours. When they say check-in at 3, the pictures, all 81 of the pictures, did not have either of the apartments that we were given. we rented an apartment looking at the pictures that were there. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 friends. And we got 1 apartment that the water was leaking. It was on a different floor up a very small flight of stairs. And it was terrible. then the downstairs apartment. The one I stayed in was a little bigger but the carpet was peeling off the floor. Again the water was leaking on the floor. Only one of my lights worked.Thankfully, my air conditioning worked.You couldn't open the windows, so it took two hours for the air conditioning to function, and I asked him to come and fix the lights and the water.And he said, yes, I'll be right there. And he never showed up and never responded back to me. So this was a horrible stay. I hated it. one out of ten.

Cons:

I usually don’t do this and don’t complain. But this is needed. The cleanliness was despicable. I don’t put a zero star because it doesn’t let me. There were hairs on the floor, the water was not running in the room, there was mold on the bed sheets, meaning it hasn’t been cleaned in a while
