A great wee find with a comfortable set up and friendly staff
Pros:

Friendly staff, room was very clean, bed comfortable and great wee kitchen area, very quiet at night, breakfast was lovely with great staff

Great quiet location
Pros:

Beautiful, relaxing quiet place. Great location near the old town Marina. Apartments were spotless clean and we found all staff to be very pleasant

Cons:

The only downfall we had with the apartment was there were no sockets in the kitchenette which was very inconvenient. We had to boil the kettle and make toast on the floor beside the bed. Also it lacked a little table inside for eating. If we didnt want to eat on the balcony we had to carry the table and chairs into the bedroom

Hôtel bien situé pour une semaine proche de la mer
Pros:

Excellent accueil, très sympa.
Le couple et le serveur qui tiennent le bar sont également très accueillants, souriants.
Bon emplacement, près de la promenade en bord de mer.
C’est très propre.
Jolie piscine.

Cons:

Le studio qui nous a été attribué était le n°301.
Il donnait sur les jardins. Très calme.
Problème de moisissures dans la salle d’eau et au plafond de la chambre au dessus du lit. Très forte odeur de moisissures toute la semaine, malgré l’aération de la chambre et le chauffage. On voyait que l’appartement n’avait pas été utilisé depuis plusieurs semaines.
Je trouve dommage de louer un appartement avec ce problème

Overall I had a fantastic stay.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No air ventilation in bathroom, no dustpan a brush to sweep up with if I dropped anything on floor.

Kikere Studios Rock 🏆👏👏👏
Pros:

Kikere Studios are exceptional. Spotlessy clean and very quiet for a nice relaxing holiday. Both the Reception Staff and the Staff in the Cafe were top class 🏆 We were so sorry to leave!

Cons:

If a socket could be put in along the worktop in the rooms for a kettle/toaster. It would be really great. If the pool could also be slightly heated that would be a huge bonus to the property. The Studios are up an incline so not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues unless you use a tax to come and goi!

Buena opción para el viaje a Lanzarote
Pros:

cama muy cómoda, habitación espaciosa, tenía parking gratuito, desayuno rico, personal amable, supermercado al lado

Cons:

Un día no nos cambiaron las toallas, solo pusieron las que tuvimos en un lugar y no supimos cuál es cuál. Podrían extender el horario de desayuno (está disponible solo por 2h, 8:15-10:15). Un día tuvimos el viaje por la mañana y tuvimos que esperar hasta que abran el bar a las 8:15. Además había mucha gente así que algunos tenían que esperar su turno.

Ich musste die Vorhänge geschlossen lassen, weil die Terasse ein Durchgangsweg war.
Pros:

Die Anlage schaut von Aussen hübsch aus und das Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung des Studios war sehr spartanisch. Es war weder ein Tisch noch ein Stuhl vorhanden. In der Küchenmesser stand zwar eine Kaffeemaschine, aber keine Steckdose.
Die Anlage liegt auf einer Anhöhe, wo es teilweise recht steil in den Ort runtergehen.

Muy bien! Una estancia muy tranquila
Pros:

La ubicación está genial, es una zona muy tranquila alejada del jaleo de Puerto del Carmen y por la noche no se escucha ni un ruido. La habitación estaba muy bien, el baño reformado y nuevo, y mucha comodidad. El personal muy simpático. Sobretodo lo que destacó es la tranquilidad del lugar.

Cons:

Estuvimos alojados en un bajo y muy cerca de la recepción lo que hacía que tuviésemos que tener la cortina siempre echada al ser el paso de la gente, aunque tampoco fue un problema porque apenas paramos por la habitación.

Lovely location for walking, friendly & helpful staff & clean rooms
Pros:

A lovely & clean looking studios with a fabulous sea view. The room has everything in there that we needed. The cleaners would come everyday while was lovely coming back to the room to the smell of lemons.
All the staff were lovely & helpful to us.
