Muy buena atención de todo el personal del hotel

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorarse bastante en cuanto a la variedad y calidad de los productos
Mejorar el mantenimiento del hotel por ej en el baño pierde la válvula de retención de los depósitos de los baños

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Die Aussicht im Frühstücksraum ist toll. Sehr nettes Personal beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Economy Standardzimmer. Es war sehr laut, man hörte alles vom Gang und Nebenzimmer, sowie vom Innenhof ein Gerät, welches immer wieder laut brummte. Es war sehr heiss im Zimmer und das Bett war sehr unbequem. Im Bad hat man keinerlei Ablagefläche.

Bueno en general, ubicación excepcional; pero si. Duda se pueden mejorar algunas cosas como dije
Pros:

Buen servicio del personal sobretodo del señor del comedor al desayunar, muy amable y atento

Cons:

Que los colchones tienen pelotitas por lo antiguo ; al acostarse eso lo hace incómodo

y que cobren 20mil extra por día por estacionamiento

La ubicación era muy buena

Cons:

Las camas eran muy duras, que no se pudiera controlar la calefacción en la pieza, por lo que hacía demasiado calor y, por último, que por ejemplo el sábado a las 9 am se acabó el huevo y no repusieron más porque no había dijo el garzón y el desayuno era hasta las 10:30

Pros:

Great view over the lake, although don't book this for 2nd April!

Proximity to shops, restaurants, cambio and lake is excellent.

Cons:

You have no tea/coffee facilities in your room. You have a fridge but you will be charged for water. You are not allowed to take drinks bought from the bar or any food to your room.
