We will probably come back!
Pros:

Easy to get to, within walking distance to colonial sights, very clean, comfortable beds, nice staff, good breakfast, parking, and with AC. We were very pleased!

Não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel

A localização é boa, o quarto tem um tamanho bom e as camas são confortáveis.

Cons:

No dia em que eu fiquei hospedada lá o elevador não estava funcionando e me colocaram no 4º andar. Ninguém se ofereceu para ajudar com as bagagens mesmo tendo que subir 4 lances de escada por um problema do hotel. A internet não estava funcionando no 4º andar também e mesmo tendo reportado o problema não foi dado a atenção para resolvê-lo. Pedi para me realocarem para um quarto em algum andar abaixo já que para entrar e sair do hotel eu precisasse subir e descer os 4 lances de escada toda vez e por não ter internet disponível e mesmo o hotel estando visivelmente vazio me falaram que não tinha vaga. No quarto tinha apenas 1 copo mesmo estando em duas pessoas. No banheiro não tinha toalha de rosto e nem tapete de box. O chuveiro era horrível, quase não saía água. O toalheiro do box estava quebrado. É visível a falta de manutenção, pelo menos, no quarto no qual me acomodaram.

Pros:

La colazione molto buona! Si può scegliere il cibo da un menú. Lo staff della reception sempre gentile, anche i camerieri sono disponibili.

Cons:

Appena arrivati la stanza era sporca, con capelli ovunque, non solo nel letto ma anche nel pavimento e nel bagno. L’odore non è dei migliori essendo una stanza umida. L’ascensore è vecchio e purtroppo quando abbiamo fatto check-out era rotto ed eravamo al terzo piano.
