SOLO FUE UNA NOCHE Y CON ESO FUE SUFICIENTE

POR FUERA ES MUY BONITO, TEPOZTLAN ES MUY PEQUEÑO... PERO EL PRECIO SE ME HIZO CARO UN HOTEL DE CIUDAD SALE EN LO MISMO Y CON MEJORES HABITACIONES ESTOY HABLANDO QUE CON 3000 PESOS SE PAGA UNA HABITACION EN UN CITY EXPRESS, HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS ETC Y LAS HABITACIONES ESTAN MUCHOOOOO MEJOR.

Agradable, comodo , en general bien. Esta bonito el hotel.
Pros:

El desayuno, es aceptable, pero no excelente, y la mayoria de los alimentos estaban ya frios al momento de entregarlos, yo creo falta mas personal para acelerar el proceso, y la ubicacion esta muy bien, esta cerca del centro y no es tan dificil de moverse a los diferentes lugares de acceso.

Que los alimentos estuvieran mejor preparados y caliente.

el hotel está bien ubicado y las habitaciones son amplias

Cons:

no te dejan ingresar bebidas o alimentos, creo recordar que te cobraban descorche de $500 por eso. además en el baño no hay una repisa o algo donde colocar tus jabones y shampoos y acabas poniendolos en el piso.

Estaba en la habitación más cara y olía a encierro. No hay ascensor. Creo que es caro para las instalaciones que ofrece. Es un hotel viejo al que le vendría bien una actualización y renovación de ropa de cama

La ubicación es perfecta y la limpieza es buena, no excelente pero buena

Los colchones son de lo mas incómodos que he tenido, no se si la habitación que me toco o si asi estan todos pero el colchón era casi casi una colchoneta, yo tengo problemas en la espalda y dormir ahí, la verdad me mató.

El que el agua de la alberca a estaba limpia y muy agradable,ni fría ni caliente, sus jardines, la limpieza en la habitación. Su estilo tipo hacienda muy bonito
