A perfect stay for a weary traveler good price for the facilities
Pros:

The staff were amazing and helped us when we were in a tough situation, the room was perfect for what we needed

Cons:

Tv didn’t work very well and the lock on the door got stuck a few times

I arrived late and the staff were very helpful in organising an after-hours check in.
Pros:

I regularly stay here when working in Palmerston North. Staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodated my late check in! I only wish I could stay a bit longer or arrive earlier to check out the on-site bar!

Availability when booking at short notice.

Cons:

Location, there were no other facilities (cafe's, convenience store or the like) close to the accommodation. This was an issue as there was limited breakfast and lunch options at the Inn.
