За съжаление нито на рецепцията, нито в ресторанта имаха желание да ни обслужат. Отношението беше прилично, но усещането беше, че сме им в тежест и нямаха желание да ни обслужат.

Ресторанта е много добър, и преди съм го посещавал и пак останах много доволен от храната.

Cons:

Телевизора в стаята нямаше звук въпреки, че беше увеличен до края. Картината беше размазана и нищо не можеше да се гледа. Дистанционно с напълно изтрити надписи и неработещо. Добре, че бях само за една нощувка. Чистотата не беше на ниво. Посещавал съм хотела точно след отварянето му преди години и сега няма нищо общо с тогава. Занемерили са го. Само ресторанта поддържа високо ниво.

Very nice stay have stayed at 3 star hotels that were not as good
Pros:

All of the staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful. The room was very quiet slept well. Easy to find walkable to the town.
