Wunderschöner Blick von der Terasse und leckeres abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Der Hotelmanager und der Besitzer waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Leider schließt die Unterkunft am Ende des Jahres. Wir wären sonst gerne wiederkommen.
Wir hatten das kleinste Zimmer gebucht, das am nächsten zur Straße liegt. Deshalb war es morgens manchmal etwas laut, wenn Autos über das Kopfsteinpflaster gefahren sind.

If you are asthmatic, don't stay here. Other than the location and staff, there is nothing good about this hotel. I am very disappointed that It's not true to the photos.
It was not just dirty but the room we stayed with had no door to the toilet, there was a curtain but you could hear everything going on in the toilet. The room was dirty, the bed cover had a hole in it and the blanket was dirty. The rug on the floor was filthy.
It was an amazing stay! We were in the large room with balcony and really liked being able to see the balloons in the morning with the sunrise. The manager speaks excellent English and was very helpful. The location is great and we were able to park our rental right outside without any problems. We enjoyed hiking down Uchisar hill to the more modern Goreme and back up through Love Valley...Uchisar feels more remote and Zen is right at the top...so nice! We also ate two dinners there and the food is delicious and quickly prepared.
The only thing that we would want people to be aware of is that Booking said we would be charged by credit card before arrival, but Zen wanted cash when we arrived or said they would charge a 10% fee for using a credit card...so we had to make an unplanned stop at an ATM in Goreme (use the Ziraat one BTW).

Had a great week in this room. The terrace was beautiful in the morning seeing the balloons go past behind the castle was incredible. Really good location everything is in hiking distance it is the perfect location Goreme the main trail start points are walkable.
The manager was friendly to me and spoke good English a cool funny guy who did a great job to make me welcome.
My only bit of feedback would it would have been better to have coffee inc the breakfast. The manager did make it clear to me though when I arrived so it is only a very small feedback point and overall it is a great place to stay. Made some happy memories here and in Capadocia! Amazing place!

The bathroom is small
Zen Cappadocia's staff is super friendly and helpful, they made us feel quite comfortable at all moments during our stay. This location has an exceptional view to enjoy at any time during the day, even while having breakfast (which by the way was delicious).
They also helped us in booking the balloon flight, so in case you are struggling to find a service for that there's a solution here

The location of zen is amazing. Two minutes walk from the castle & the view is out of this world

The view didn't even matter after all other negative aspects of this stay. Very disappointing stay considering the price point. They neighbor have a much better view ( CALDERA HOTEL)
Unprofessional overall. Low toiletries stock and some missing. Unclean sheets, mattresses without covers. The room didn't have AC or a fridge. It gets really hot or cold in this region.
The host wasn't interested if I am enjoying my stay.
To top up everything, they charged 10% extra on top of the ADVERTISED price if you pay by card.
My partner and I had such a lovely stay at Zen Cappadocia. The breakfast was excellent as well as their dinner options. We stayed in the Deluxe Double Room with Castle View and had such a lovely view of the castle and hot air balloons at sunrise. Emre and Sardar were excellent hosts and were available for whatever we needed. We couldn't have had a better time. They also have the cutest puppy, Latte, he was the cherry on top!
