Agréable séjour mais avec une fin abrupte beaucoup moins agréable

l'architecture ancienne, le quartier, la cuisine bien équipée, les aires communes

Cons:

problème de communication avec le personnel en place; nous avions demandé de prolonger de deux nuits et on nous a dit OK, qu'on pouvait payer le lendemain sans problème. Le lendemain vers midi, on nous annonce qu'il faut quitter car tout a été loué... On nous a offert de loger dans l'autre établissement situé plus dans le Centro, nous y sommes allés mais n'avons pas eu une bonne expérience dans ce lieu. Alors, je pourrais conclure qu'il y a un problème de coordination entre les réservations sur place et celles sur internet...

A very good place a little bit away from the hustle and bustle of downtown! Great hosts!
Pros:

There is a lot to like about Suites Chingon.
The owners and the entire staff are very nice and helpful!
It is a little bit outside the Centro Historico (which I knew when I booked it!) but everything is in walking distance.
There is a metro station maybe 10 min walk away!
There is a fruit and vegetable market and a bakery close by, so are restaurants and cafes (I strongly recommend
RinTinTin and Pirotte 45!).
There is a well equipped kitchen available. There is a big fridge with labelled shelves, so each room has its own
space for food! They offer free coffee and tea and potable water (from the tap through a filter!)
There was always hot and sufficient hot water for the shower available and the water pressure was good!
It seems people stay longer than just a day or two. I met quite a few who stayed for weeks. I stayed one week!
I think the price/value ratio ist quite okay!

Cons:

Well, the facilities are not new but rather well used!
The water in the bathroom had a strange smell and taste (when you brush your teeth) which probably comes
from older pipes. In the beginning I had a few insects in the bathroom, but I think they moved out shortly after
I moved in...
Since the kitchen is shared it isn't always super clean, which is not the fault of the owners. In fact the cleaning team
tried to stay on top of things! Not everyone followed the "leave it as you want to find it" rule!
We had some issues with the internet. For a day or two is wasn't available or spotty.

Placeringen var helt fin, og dejligt med adgang til vand og kaffe

Cons:

Best virkede ikke, samt der var ikke helt rent, kloaken lugtede, og låsen til et af værelserne virkede ikke de første døgn

Very comfortable, so nice to be able to cook a good meal
Pros:

It was a nice place many different rooms that you could visit or read, or have a meal. The kitchen was very well equipped..i decided to stay a few extra days as my flight kept changing..it was wonderful to be able to cook and relax like being at home

Cons:

Some of the guests could have been more respectful about cleaning up after themselves, and remember that noise carries through the older homes..so be respectful of others at 3:00 in the morning when you're coming in from your party

Las cañerías del baño generan mal olor, pero se valora el esfuerzo al dejar aromatizantes para que no se note. La zona era cercana al centro pero no para volverse caminando de noche

Pros:

El hostal tiene una excelente ubicación. Se puede caminar sin problema de ahí al centro. Varias rutas de transporte público cerca, tiendas, farmacias, lugares para comer o cenar. Todo lo necesario a la mano. La habitación cómoda, amplia y limpia. El único detalle fue que no me dejaron toalla en la habitación, la solicité al día siguiente y me la proporcionaron sin tema. Aunque no tuve contacto personal con el staff, la atención fue muy buena.

Cons:

La tarja de la cocina siempre estuvo sucia, pero eso no tiene que ver con el personal, sino con los usuarios. Hay que considerar que es un lugar compartido.

El lugar siempre es tranquilo y cómodo, lleno de un ambiente para relajarse, para leer o para una agradable cena. La ubicación es perfecta para salir a conocer y regresar.
