Muy buen lugar para estar cerca de todo en Guadalajara.
Pros:

Ubicación muy céntrica, muy buena relación calidad - precio, fácil check in y check out.

Cons:

Es un poco ruidoso por estar junto a la calle, donde pasan demasiados coches.

Estancia de placer.
Pros:

Pues a mí mujer y a mi nos gusta siempre la hospitalidad y que te sientes en casa x que hay tienes servicio de café cocina hay puedes cocinar y poner tus cosas en el refrigerador, aparte la seguridad en acceso ya que tanto en la entrada como en la habitación son chapas electrónicas con clave.

Cons:

Pues en si todo bien nomás hubo un inconveniente con el check in ya que nos entregaron casi 1:40 minutos después de la hora de check in pero pues creo que al día siguiente compensaron eso ya que el check out lo hicimos casi una 1:20 minutos después ya que hablé con administración y me dijeron que no había problema con salir más tarde.
Pero si deben tener un poco de más atencion en esos detalles pero de ahí todo lo demás estuvo perfecto

While spacious and well-located, the place was severely dated with an uncomfortable bed.

The room was spacious and comfortable for computer work and movement. The room had a table, chair and plenty of storage.

Cons:

The bed mattress was very old and hard. Since the room did not have A/C, you needed to open the windows, and you had to battle mosquitoes all the time. The kitchen was always a mess and dirty, with dull knives and old utensils

Pros:

Hotel ma charakter hostelowy. Na dole jest kuchnia i lodówka z przypisanymi numerami pokoi. Pokoje są duże i wygodne. Lokalizacja 15 minut do centrum. Na kilka dni pobytu za tę cenę 👍

分かれば問題なく快適。
Pros:

使い方さえわかれば設備は揃っているし、自由に出来るので全く問題なし。オーナー？とのやり取りもフレンドリーで心地良かった。

Cons:

シャワーの使い方の癖がちょっと難しい。
タオルの交換は言えば出来るのだろうが、スマートな方法があると良い。
スタッフは居ても役割があるのかつれない感じ。不満ということではないが、ちょっと聞きたいこととかが聞けないのが面倒だった。

Nice staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. It’s a family owned home who rent out rooms and spaces in their home. They are all very friendly.

Cons:

The home is outdated although clean. The biggest issue was infrastructure. The home had some electrical problems and there was no electricity for almost a day. The rest of the neighborhood had normal electricity but this one home had issues.

Cheap but decent
Pros:

Good price and friendly staff

Cons:

Basic but main problem was the guy coughing up half a lung every day and spitting it everywhere - dunno if he was a guest or staff but it would wake you up with doors and windows closed at 6/7am 🤢
