Lage war top und Parkplatz stand gratis für den ganzen Aufenthalt zur Verfügung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Ruhige, freundliche Atmosphäre
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich . Es hat uns vor der Reise extra telefonisch kontaktiert. Beim Aufenthalt durften wir die Koffer im Hotel lassen und wurden bei Fragen sofort bedient.

Familiäres Hotel an guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Lage ist sehr gut, nicht zu weit zum Europapark und ruhig, trotz offenem Fenster. Parkplatz am Haus konnten wir bereits ab Ankunft benutzen.

Cons:

Für meinen Geschmack waren die Betten zu weich, aber das ist bekanntlich sehr individuell.

Pros:

La proximité vers le europa park et la literie

Cons:

Tout le monde n’est pas super accueillant à la réception. Ce n’est absolument pas isolé… le moindre bruit des chambres à l’étage était vraiment entendu… les portes qui claquent, les gens qui parlent fort… J’avais compris qu’on pouvait laisser la voiture la journée à l’hôtel mais finalement on nous donne un ticket qui donne droit au parking deuropa park gratuit. Ça va aussi !
Un peu déçue pour le prix et les commentaires.

Bon emplacement mais communication et accueil à revoir

Personnel du restaurant très sympathique
Chambre vieillotte mais propre

Cons:

Très mauvaise communication : arrivée "tardive" (20h30), nous avons envoyé un mail comme demandé pour lequel nous avons eu une réponse. Nous avons ensuite été appelés pour connaître notre heure d'arrivée (alors que le mail avait été fait) puis les étapes pour récupérer les clés adressées par mail auquel il fallait également répondre pour accuser bonne réception.
Le jour J, pas de clé dans la boîte car l'accueil était toujours ouvert mais personne ne nous avait prévenu
