Pros:

Flat muito funcional. Equipado, principalmente, para familias com crianças como nosso caso. Anfitrião respondia rápido as dúvidas. Flat perto do beach park. Também dá pra ir a pé a praia a dois quarteirões. O cond. tem piscina. Foi disponibilizado um colchão extra. Cozinha equipada. Recomendo.

condomínio é incrível e a localização também é muito boa.

apartamento condiz com as fotos e foi perfeito para duas pessoas

matheus sempre respondeu rapidamente

Cons:

na primeira noite, faltou energia no condomínio inteiro e com isso ficamos sem conseguir cozinhar e até mesmo sem conseguir pedir algo pra comer.
fomos dormir e a luz só retornou 1h da manhã

não tivemos internet no apartamento e isso dificultou um pouco. mas o Matheus, disse que isso foi por conta da queda de energia.

Ótimo local, excelente custo benefício.
Pros:

Condomínio excelente. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Tudo muito organizado, e limpo, apartamento amplo e a localização é ótima!

Cons:

Não tenho o que reclamar, foi tudo excelente! Só a rua que dá acesso ao Beach park que está ruim, mas não tem nada a ver com a hospedagem.
