It was pretty and the staff were sweet and helpful.
It was too remote and felt like a ghost resort. The food was really not good
Bungalow was nice but the view is on a pound with mud .
Swimming pool was dirty at our arrival... they took of the leaves but the water was not clean
No transat, not well maintained
All the surroundings are nice but not well maintained
We never saw the lake , the picture they put on booking is a big liar !
Some of the food are good but simple beef noodle are oily and beef is hard to eat...
No fruit juice, no smothies only coke!
And when we paid the bill they added taxes which are normally included in the price
Not a word of english
Nothing
It was like a ghost Hotel. No Chef and no food to eat when we arrived in the afternoon. No receptionist when we arrived at the reception. No activities like advertised in the photos. Literally nothing to do there with zero service. Bed was hard as a rock. Food was horrific. We had a horrible time there.
Τέλεια !!!
The environment was very pleasant, with spacious rooms that provided a comfortable stay.
The air conditioning worked well and also served as heating, which was a nice feature during my visit.
I found the staff to be helpful and accommodating, making my stay more enjoyable.
Isolated location. It is quite far from the nearest restaurants, which made dining options limited. Unfortunately, the local cuisine available was not up to par and felt very overpriced for what was offered.
Staff was great, the place is beautiful!
The mattress are really firm, very difficult to sleep
I went there with a friend of mine in march 2024, but only for one night, cause we made our way up north. The retreat is situated in a beautiful little valley, surrounded by jungle, waterways and chirping cicadas. it felt very peaceful, the huts are made out of bamboo, flowers growing everywhere and a yoga mat was in our room to do some stretching. they are still building new gardens and houses so there is a bit of construction work done but that was ok and not bad at all. everybody is super nice and always smiling. we arrived to late at night, so the kitchen was closed. The owner still managed to pick us a HUGE papaya and cooked two sweet potato’s for us, which we considered as the sweetest thing. would definitely recommend to stay there for a couple of days.
be prepared for hard beds. the bigger one was comfy, the „kids bed“ was rock hard but to be fair, we expirienced that through the whole of north vietnam even in expensive hotels.
The resort is beautiful, the staff is nice, the location is a bit far and cut off from any settlement, but this is probably also the purpose of the place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, we enjoyed the quiet back
The food is not suitable for non-Vietnamese people. There is no continental selection. The mattresses are very hard. We could not sleep all night.
