Visit Shkoder and stay here!
Pros:

New, spotless hotel room right in the centre of this wonderful city. It is perfectly situated to use as a base for exploring Shkoder for a couple of days. Lovely shower, comfortable bed, excellent air conditioning and modern, smart TV. All you need for some comfort. Come and go several times a day to get out of the Summer heat. Eko Club cafe next door also highly recommended.

Cons:

Nothing. All superb!

Pros:

Very convenient for the buses, both to Alps (Theth and Valbena) also Tirana and airport. Lovely room with modern decor and fittings. I would recommend this as a perfect one night stay with early departure to the Alps.

Cons:

A little bit unfinished as the rooftop could have some shades to be able to enjoy. Maybe a couple of cups for a room, perhaps a kettle and some tea coffee as per that standard hotel it's probably expected.

Perfect room for a 2 night stay to explore Shkodër and its surroundings
Pros:

Great location, super clean and a great room. A/C was fabulous

Cons:

We loved everything but there was a fair bit of noise coming from downstairs into the early hours.

Pros:

Had a great stay here, was only one night with an early bus the next morning. Great room, comfortable bed air conditioning was great.

Great stay for a couple nights
Pros:

Location is great, central. Check-in was relatively easy, but the staff didn't speak much English, so it was a bit difficult to explain when our Card stopped working. However, they were as helpful as they could be. Room is clean, facilities are okay. Overall, a good spot to stop for a night or two.

Cons:

Street parking can be difficult to find, can be a bit loud at night.

Jederzeit wieder sobald ich in Shkoder bin
Pros:

Ich war bisher das zweite Mal dort. Sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem nicht auf den lauten Straßen. Cafés und Kiosk direkt vor Ort. Mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Sehr nettes Personal, Dachterasse in der oberen Etage. Meinen Aufenthalt konnte ich problemlos verlängern. Das Zimmer ist mit einer guten Klimaanlage, Safe, elektrischen Gardinen ausgestattet.
