Die Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig, das war leider ein ziemliches Manko.
Da das Konak weit oben liegt und man viele Treppen steigen muss, ist das mit Koffer Tragen für Starke!

Parkplatzsituation is nicht so ideal, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Die unterstützen einen bei den Parkplätzen und parken ist kostenlos.

Da das Hotel weit oben liegt, ist es etwas anstrengend mit viel Gepäck dort raufzukommen. Wir hatten viele große Koffer, es hat dennoch gut funktioniert 👍

Öncelikle dizimden bir rahatsızlık geçirdiğim için oteldeki rezervasyonumu iptal etmek istediğimde ve telefonda durumu açıklayıp doktor raporu göndermeme rağmen tam fiyat iadesi yapamayacakları için beni bu seyahate zorunda bıraktılar. Dolayısıyla çok anlayışsız ve çok mantıksız bir süreç işlediler. Dolayısıyla ben sanki bu otele zorunlu gitmişim gibi oldu. Birinci durum bu. İkincisi gittiğim mevsimde Mardin karlarla kaplıydı. Otelin konumu ara sokaklarda. Otele giden yol temizlenmemişti. Otelin içerisindeki basamaklar, zemin temizlenmemişti. Dolayısıyla her taraf bus pisti gibiydi. Zaten dizimde olası bir sakatlık durumu var ve ben otelin içerisinde kendimi sürekli dengede durmaya çalışırken buldum. Konaklayan insanların güvenliği bence hiçe sayılmıştı. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi. Gerçekten sanki bir dinlenme tesisinde 5-10 liraya alınmış bir kahvaltı tabağı gibiydi. Mardin'in yöresel bir lezzeti verilmiyordu. Gayet yetersiz, küçük bir kahvaltı. Çaylarımızı vesaire zaten kendimiz alıyorduk. Açıkçası tam anlamıyla bir hüsran oldu. Odanın atmosferi taş ev olduğu için güzeldi. Ancak banyo buz gibiydi. Banyo için ayrı bir ısıtma sistemi yapılmadığı için kış mevsiminde gerçekten yıkanırken, suyun ısınmasını beklerken donduk buz gibiydi. Yine yerlerde yeterli halı şu bu olmadığı için dışarıdan karlı ayaklarımızla geldiğimizde bu sefer odasının içerisindeki temizliği sağlamakta ve zeminleri kuru ve güvenli tutmakta zorlandık diyebilirim. Tek kelime ile bir hüsran.

디럭스 더블룸에 묵었는데 방이 조금 어두운 편이에요. 조명이 딱 한 개 정도만 있으면 좋을 거 같아요. 그런데 취향에 따라서 이것도 로맨틱하다고 생각할 사람들이 있을 거 같아요. ㅎㅎ

Parking was a bit difficult.

Among the 10 nights I spent in Turkey, the breakfast at this hotel was unfortunately the most disappointing. I felt it did not match the price I paid. The bathroom had visible mold and lacked proper ventilation — the only way to air it out was by opening the door that connects the bedroom to the outside. The room faced a shared terrace, which was frequently used by other guests and even non-guests late at night. They would eat, drink, and talk loudly, making it difficult to rest. In the morning, leftover trash was often left scattered on the terrace, which made it hard to enjoy the view. Overall, I was quite let down by the experience.

+if you put more water in the fridge because walking around the city is so tiring

The only difficulty I would anticipate is for those who have a hard time with stairs. There were several young men who quickly helped carry our heavy suitcases, so it was very nice. Although it was advertised, there is no airport shuttle.

The hotel itself is a bit of a walk up from the post office area, and you have to carry your bags up steep stairs to get to your room, so if you have heavy luggage, beware! It also has minimal staff, but you can best catch them around breakfast time, which can be a little late if the bread doesn't arrive on time.

They overbooked and didn't gave us in the 1st night the triple room that we have paid for, more than this they tried to say that is our fault that we didn't book correctly the room and if we don't like it we are free to go, very rude. After accepting the double room when I tried to turn on the light of the lamp near the bed, I got really bad electrocuted. They didn't believe me at the beginning, but after my strong requests for checking, they discovered inside the socket a free wire. VERY DANGEROUS. There are way better options in the area
