Hôtel avec bon emplacement et personnel agréable, mais tout est trop petit (chambre, parking, petit déjeuner pas assez g

L’emplacement de l’hôtel, le fait que la chambre soit climatisée, le personnel très agréable et compétent.

Cons:

Le parking beaucoup trop serré et peu de places. Risque de pas avoir de place si l’on arrive trop tard. Le petit-déjeuner a lieu dans un endroit avec une magnifique vue sur le lac de Côme et les montagnes, mais l’offre alimentaire n’est pas diversifiée et surtout pas qualitative.

A perfect stay - would recommend to anyone
Pros:

We enjoyed everything - The extra money spent for the lake view was so worth it, the rooms were really clean, beds were comfy and shower was lovely. The breakfast was basic but nice. The grounds it’s on is lovely, a short walk to the gardens and the town of Bellagio, the car park is also really handy.

Cons:

Nothing major - the hairdryer needs an upgrade, the cord was also broken, it would be nice for these to be replaced.

O cafe da manhã foi uma delicia, com uma vista maravilhosa. A localização é excelente, perto dos melhores pontos turísticos da cidade e da pra fazer tudo a pé.

Cons:

Nádherný romantický výhled z balkonu na jezero, sice za příplatek, ale stojí to za to. Pokoj dostatečně velký. Bezproblémové parkování. Snídaně průměrná, ale dostačující. Wifi funkční.

Cons:

Trochu horší odhlučnění. Matrace spíše průměr.

Not recommended except for heavy sleepers used to road noise
Pros:

View at breakfast but too tired to enjoy it.

Cons:

Hotel right next to road and vehicle noise kept us awake all night. Hotel did not give us the room we booked and paid for in advance. They said they gave us a free upgrade but no view or balcony and room poorly designed. Toilet design amplified any noise. Small pillows and no headboard meant sitting up in bed uncomfortable. Whole trip to Lake Como ruined by lake of sleep. Tv didn’t work.
