Great downtown property with rooftop pool. Right across the street from the train for transportation needs without a car.

Only complaint is there needs to be more umbrellas for shade on the pool deck.

Comfortable and convenient apartment in downtown P

Very nice place, conveniently located, modern upscale apartment complex. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Three big elevators are very fast. Excellent security. Very quiet despite being in the downtown area. Kitchenette with full size refrigerator, big microwave, stove top, kitchen and dining wares was very useful. The mezzinnine area was excellent, big and comfortable. Outside large patio nicely furnished. Workout gym and pool. Garage parking available. But Metro light rail and bus stops are close by. Easy to get around without renting a car. Take light rail into town from the airport. Nearest stop is only across the street. Beware, entrance is NOT on Central but rather Polk.

Pros:

There was hair on the blanket, pillows and shower. There was blood stains on the sheets in two locations. There were a lot of hoops to jump through in order to get check in instructions. The microwave didn’t work. The front desk people were great.

We had several A/C issues and there never seemed to be an urgency even when our room was at 92 degrees and we said there is no way we can sleep in there. We moved rooms once and then there was another a/c issue. We felt we had to keep checking in on the status and were not getting any updates. Fridge also was not keeping food cold. Otherwise all was great but that was a very key issue that was extremely frustrating.

I really liked the area and loved the hotel. It was very different from other hotels in that the rooms are really nice. And I love the convenience of fold out beds and pull out tables.

This property was excellent. The front desk staff was wonderful in assisting with local area knowledge. The amenities such as coffee, water, ice, pool and gym far exceeded expectations!!! I will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and the gentleman who checked us in was amazing. The one thing that I did not like was we couldn't get a later check out then 10am. It is very early for checking out. Especially when our flight is at 5pm

Fast problem-solving and wonderful sevice!
Pros:

When I arrived, I was originally assigned a unit that was being used for storage. They quickly got me switched to another unit for the night and then moved me to a larger, upgraded unit the next morning. Everyone was lovely and welcoming, and very accommodating. My overall stay was wonderful, even with the small blip with check-in!
