Upgraded my room which was much needed but the new one was excellent! The staff were all phenomenal throughout the entire stay
The economic room leaves a bit to be desired…
We initially booked an economy room which was in the basement. However, the guy with glasses from the reception was very kind and generous and upgraded our room without additional charge. The room on 302 was huge and it had all the facilities we needed. It even had a mini fridge and vault to keep valuables secure. The room was very clean, tidy and had a good storage facility. It has a mini balcony as well where u could view the seafront. There was a coffee and tea and drinking water as well from the main reception. Furthermore, it is a walkable distance from the tram station and it was close to tourist attractions. It was a good value for the money. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Отель расположен в центре города, с террасой с видом на Босфор. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Персонал учтивый, старался помочь нам со всеми вопросами. Мы также получили апгрейд комнаты за небольшую плату.
